What's interesting is that 1 year after my teenage son's record was expunged, his mugshot was all over the internet. After requesting it's removal with signed proof of expungment on every site, I received multiple solicitations from these guys. That is a huge red flag. They publish mugshots, then "help" you by charging to remove them. Pretty shady.
That's interesting but what doesn't make any sense is that if they own these sites and control the industry, why do they allow themselves to be posted on those sites and this one which they supposedly have control over?
