Allstate Insurance review: improper insurance information lies

On july 2018 I purchased car insurance with community trust agc. All cars were on policy the 2005 honda accord was fully covered the only thing I was asked who was the lienholder? I gave the agent the lienholder. Everything is fine im paying my insurance. November 2018 keys to the car were misplaced at my fiance uncle house during a family gathering. Called mr. Powell to find out how to get roadside assistance to have car towed to dealership. That was unsuccessful. Therefore car was left in his uncles yard. Uncle kept nagging about moving car so I told him to tow it to his house. On the way there tire blew out on dolly he left car came back car was gone. Now im being told I can't be paid for my lost because i'm not the registered owner, so why wasn't this brought to my attention before policy was written. Than, I I was told I gave a false claim so there not going to pay me for my lost. So which one is it? I gave the information that was given to me to the best of my knowledge. I was at work at the time of the incident. I was basically called a liar. I was told by mr. Powell he (heard) someone was driving the car. How unprofessional is that. Supervisor nick said my car was in repossession. It wasn't. What kind of people are these people certainly not the kind to be assisting the public. I've never had such a bad experience in all my 51 years on earth. I really put allstate on a more higher level than what they showed me. It took 32 days to finish my claim with the back and forth and run around during the process. Cut my rental payment off for my rental without any knowledge to me. It was the worst experience ever. My whole point I kept stressing why wasn't I told that the car wasn't going to be covered if I wasn't the registered owner. But you took my down payment and my payments every month now im upside down and in a lost. All im asking is for my money refund I paid in car insurance on this 2005 honda accord or my money for my lost.
