All My Sons Moving & Storage review: Missing goods, I feel scammed

I hired them to pack move and store my items until I bought another house, they delivered day late. then as they were finishing unloading I noticed several things missing. bed frame parts to beds office desk couch, 65 inch TV love seat other boxes, asian basket and more that was all on the 4/5th of November well robert who was in charge said no problem we will get you things together they are probably in another vault. He went back to warehouse called him the next day and no they have not found anything. and to this day 11/18/21 they still have not found my household items. I bought the new house to take care of my mother. I was not force to pay another 3, 000.00 for assisted living care that I don't have I have to buy a cheap couch to sit on. I know have to cancel thanksgiving because I have no where for anyone to sleep. I had my kids and grandkids come over and help me with some boxes and stuff and they had to sleep on the hard floor. NO I AM NOT HAPPY About this. Not only was I charged a huge amount for all this I had to pay more money for my mothers care all the food I bought for thanksgiving and now its canceled Im embarrassed angry I have called almost daily and all Ive gotten was a run around " Robert saying well Ive worked on my days off ive gone through 200 and so vaults and cant find your things and this is all on the list they made. This is uncalled for my next step as everyone has suggested would be legal council. this needs to be resolved this is ridiculous
