All-Brite Auto Glass and Tintsdestroyed property

The company had my brand new car in for tints and when I picked it up my front right headlight casing was severely melted. Upon complaint I was told to see the manager, I returned 3 times until I finally got a hold of him. He was extremely rude and denied that they had anything to do with it and even tried to blame it on the headlight lamp overheating and melting it from the inside when it is clearly visible it is from the outside. He had no customer service sympathy and utterly refused to help in the matter and told me to leave and that he "Did not want a customer like me" at his store.
For a company that prides themselves on great customer service with a lifetime warranty on their tints they were awful,
DO NOT go to All-Brite, they are the same price as any other glass/tints place and offer nothing for the customer.

      They don't pay their bills so I am not surprised they took no responsibility to causing that damage. Lydia told me she has a salt water pool and she uses the salt from the ocean...haha

      Seems that the company might have some issues with the truth of how they run their business...yes Terry the manager was the man who mishandled the situation, he was incredibly rude and pompous and would not listen to anything that I had to say, I never asked for anything from him yet he did not even want to consider my issue...I initially went there because of their GREAT customer service but they have dissapointed me and I hope they do not do the same to others...DO NOT GO TO ALL-BRITE THEY ARE AWFUL, , , THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER SHOPS WHO WILL DO THE SAME JOB AND STILL TREAT YOU WITH CLASS, NOT LIKE TERRY AT ALL-BRITE!

      Well Guys I am not saying anyone is perfect but I have heard alot of great reviews from this company especially Terry the manager. This company has a very high Net promoters score (customer satisfaction) and does alot in our community. They have been in business for 18 years and from what I know there have been over 40 window tint shops came and gone in the kitchener waterloo area and a lot of consumers got hurt so I guess there 18 years in business speaks for itself. Sorry Guys!! i am sure if you were reasonable people they would of looked after you.

      Something verryy similar happened to me. i was getting tints as well and got my brand new VW back with a large dent in the door; one which i definatley did not put there. Was the manager you saw Terry? Mine was and he was incredably rude!! to those who want their services, please rethink the company and switch to another. You will save yourself a lot of stress.
