I've been a customer of Alford Air Conditioning for years. They are efficient, professional and honest! Their prices are fair and their technicians are highly qualified. They've even been to my house 1 hour after a call ! You will not find better service!

I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Alford. From the girl who took my call to Jordan who serviced my a/c. To be honest he could have sold me the moon but instead I spent less than 200.00 the professionalism alone will bring back. I felt like my business mattered to them. Our a/c has been shutting off intermittently - naturally on the hottest days! We put a call into Alford's A/C - a local company that's been in business for many years. Jordan is the service technician who diagnosed the issue - a very simple fix, took him less than 1/2 an hour to get the system back up - really nice gentleman - thank you, Jordan - see you next year for a maintenance checkup! Call Alford's - you won't be sorry!

Today is a Sunday and my A/C units compressor wasnt turning on. It was really hot in house so called them and they said they would get someone out to my house in the morning hours. To my amazement 40 minutes later a technician was at the door. He diagnosed it was a faulty capacitor and in 15 minutes had the A/C working perfectly. Truly amazing service and response time. I really appreciated that especially on a hot summer day.

AWFUL. Absolutely terrible. Had a BRAND NEW air conditioning installed. Inside and outside. Came home 4 days later to a 91° house. Ok got a tech out. Tech said he fixed it temporarily but someone would be calling to set up an appointment to actually fix the problem. Nobody ever called. Here we are on a Saturday night with a baby in a house with a broken BRAND NEW air conditioning unit. I have never been more mad in my life for choosing Alford.

Alford Air Conditionings is a very reliable company. Their technicians are polite, courteous and very well trained. They are very punctual on meeting their appointment time. They are very clean and leave the job as clean and maybe cleaner than they found it. Alford's prices are very competitive-in maintenance and equipment sales. As a Contractor I look for the Best in a company for myself as well as my clients ALFORD AIR is that company, they are always on time, courteous and friendly, the techs know their trade give you suggestions to help keep the air conditioning Unit running efficiently...They are very thorough with the equipment inside and outside the house, I have worked with a lot of air conditioning companies in 20 years as a contractor and I can say with confidence you can't go wrong using the #1 company in Palm Beach County...

To put it mildly I am super impressed with the company. They came by to assess the problem - spent time analyzing, and sent me a detailed quote. I accepted the quote in the afternoon and hoped they could come the next day. They were able to get a crew out the next day who did an outstanding job, 4 hours of hard work and were very neat and professional. The AC is now working like a charm. My wife and I could not be happier! I have already begun telling people they should use Alford. Jim

We use Alford Air Conditioning because they are the only company that told us to keep our old rusted unit when we purchased our home over 15 years ago. They told us that old units such as ours are made much better than new ones. They kept that unit going for at least 7 more years until we of course purchased a new unit from them! Their technician Joey is excellent! So professional and spends time with to make sure you know exactly what is needed. We have him do a check once a year. They are the best!

I would highly recommend Alford AC. When my AC broke down, I received very quick service which I really appreciated, since it was mid summer in FL! My situation was analyzed within a few hours of my call, by Jordan. He gave me an explanation and options-by the next morning I received estimates on several choices. I decided to replace my entire system since my existing one was 11 years old. Unlike fine wine, they do not get better with age. With the weekend approaching, my installation day was going to be too many days in the future. So, Jordan returned quickly and was able to give me a "temporary fix" which kept me and my house cool for several days. Installation, was then scheduled sooner than I anticipated. The installers were professional, friendly and accommodating. Even though at the end of the day a thunderstorm came along, they finished the job, with a smile on their faces-and cleaned up afterwards. Everyone in the office was also accommodating, and between phone calls and emails, I was kept up to date. Job well done!
