We switched to Air Comfort a couple years ago. They are very reliable and quick to respond in an emergency. We joined them a couple years ago when our air conditioner stopped working in the summer. The company we were with for 10 years couldn’t come out for a week. I called Air Comfort. They came out within 24 hours in a rainstorm and fixed our air conditioner. We switched to Air Comfort that day. No regrets.

Air Comfort has provided responsive service over several years, and had options ready to replace our HVAC when the time came. They arrived on time, kept us informed of their progress, and cleaned up their work area. New system is neatly installed and we got a clear walk-through of its features and how to keep it maintained. Robert R. did a very nice job leading the installation and our new HVAC is a solid upgrade.

John and his co worker were very polite and professional. They wore masks and shoe covers. They quickly determined the problem with our humidifier and repaired it. Amanda was very helpful while making the appointment and in explaining the maintenance plan we agreed to for inspections on our HVAC. She called to advise when technicians were on the way and approximate time which was really appreciated and they arrived right on time.

I have used Air Comfort for well over 20 years and have always been more than satisfied with the quality of their work, both installation and maintenance. Their employees are always a pleasure to deal with. I recently had occasion to deal with another HVAC contractor who had performed an installation at a friend's home. The contrast between that outfit's work quality and staff professionalism and that of Air Comfort could not have been sharper.

My husband and I called the after hours services for maintenance, as we recently had repairs. They responded rapidly and the Technician was very polite and patient. He shared the cause of the issue and showed us how/why this occurred. He reached out to his manager and the issues were resolved timely. We have used Air Comfort for maintenance of an aging boiler system and installation of a new zoned air conditioning system. All the employees we have dealt with are personable and professional. They have always been on time with appointments and accurate with estimates for installation work. They are thorough and helpful by explaining current equipment status and, when necessary, providing options for repair or proactive steps without pressure. We do not hesitate to recommend!

I'm particular about the work service people do when they come to my home. *** was very sharp. He was snappy looking, carefully explained every thing he was going to do and got right down to business. He spotted a problem and explained all the options available to us to resolve the issue. A lot of times it's the little things that count . . . like wearing the cloth booties over his work shoes THEN TAKING THEM OFF AND ON AGAIN EVERY TIME HE WENT IN AND OUT. *** gets an "A" grade and a very big thank you.

Air Comfort installed the air conditioner on my home 26 years ago. They have cared for it since then, and because of their excellent installation and service over the many, many years, the unit continues to work beautifully. As always, Donna (the office person) was amazing, kind, responded to my call for service promptly, and just generally amazing. Tom was quick, efficient, completely honest, and took great care of us. I know when my unit dies (it's living on borrowed time at 26 years!), I'll be asking Air Comfort to be the folks to recommend a new unit, install it, and service it in the years to come.

The night of Aug. 24, 2021 the temp was 93 outside and our a/c stopped working. I had the owners manual from the prior home owner and saw that Air Comfort Service had installed and serviced our unit. I called them at 6:30 a.m. on the 25th and got a call back within 30 minutes. *** then called and arrived about 10:00 AndI explained the charge for the service call. He then isolated them problem in the condenser and replaced it and we again had a/c. *** answered all my questions and showed me every step of the way. *** and I are so pleased with the service that we are going to purchase a service contract.

I had excellent service today from ***. My air conditioner was running perfectly, until it was not at 1 PM this afternoon, where the inside temperature was 82. After the initial *** was here within 30 minutes. *** did the most thorough inspection I have experienced before on my air conditioner. He found outside wires that had evidently burned, and he fixed the wires and did a diagnostic and inspection of the air conditioner inside, checked the plugs for leakage, checked for frozen pipes, and also did a Freon level check. I am very very satisfied with the work that *** performed today, and I thank you very much.

They were very responsive when our “smart” thermostat said there was a problem with the system. Because we were soon going to have a house full of guests in 90 degree heat, we called Aircomfort. The woman who answered was friendly and immediately took our concern seriously. They sent out Ryan, who asked for 6-foot clearance for social distancing. He called when he was on his way, as promised, and in a timely manner. He came with a mask covering his face and booties covering his feet. He checked everything out and gave us the all-clear. I really appreciated the Covid precautions and his expertise. The 85.00 charge was worth the peace of mind it gave us.

and *** were GREAT! *** explained what the process was to examine our system, then after examining it clearly explained the problems and what needed to be done to get our AC back up running. He and *** got right to work and finished the job in less than 1hr. They were friendly, wore booties to keep the house clean, and masks out of an abundance of caution. They was able to come out to service our unit the day I called which was impressive given that we were having record temps and we're probably one of many who called in need of help. We had our annual fall furnace inspection and our service tech, ***, found a small crack and 2 minor hairline cracks in the flue pipe. Cracks werent serious enough to shut down our service but it was recommended we address it within the next year. Home was built in ***. We informed *** our equipment was 21+ years old. We had planned to replace in 2021 but were delayed because of two (2) recent appliance replacements. *** arranged a meeting with the Sales *** We met with *** within a few hours that day. We looked at our choices and two (2) days later, we had a new furnace, humidifier, *** unit, air scrubber and thermostat installed. Were glad we made the decision to replace our entire system and chose a Carrier Five Stage system. *** was the team lead on our job and *** worked on the *** side. We were very familiar with *** from previously maintaining our generator and felt extremely confident everything would be successfully completed and the finished product would look great. *** fabricated new duct work, replaced elbows, straight sections and updated both the electric and gas connections and other things. The completed job was exactly what we expected from Air Comfort. This is the 3rd set of systems we have had installed at two (2) different residences over the past 35+ years and Air Comfort reminded us why theyre still the # 1 Company in town. The entire office staff are always very respectful, super friendly and very efficient. We would highly recommend Air Comfort Service to anyone looking for a very qualified heating and cooling contractor. Thanks again for ALL of your efforts.

I had a contract with Air Comfort Service Inc. from 5/30 - 5/31. They told me it's an auto renew contract. They said there's nothing to worry about. I've been paying $19 per month. I asked if they could come out and look at my air so it works properly. They told me I have to pay $85 for them to come out. I pay $19 per month for them to check my unit. I want to make sure I have air. I also don't like that they auto renewed.
