Will Smith was our A/C Tech and he went above and beyond to get our issue resolved. He was so caring and was so efficient. I had to get back to work and he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. He was top notch and I'm so glad I used this company. I will definitely be using them for their maintenance program and appreciate the recommendation of Mr. Smith. He made my day!

Matt has worked for Wilbur's Plumbing for many years and has installed a gas line for new cooktop, installed a new gas water heater, replaced a faulty (original to the house) water line regulator, etc. He is a professional, prompt, knowledgeable guy and thorough in communicating. Matt has been ethical and respectful each occasion I've needed work done and represents his employer well.

Jason was my service tech today (1/24) working on water heater. I have used Wilbur's for several years. Their techs are ALL ways prompt, efficient and explain to you what the issue is and provide any additional info requested. They always leave the area in which they worked very clean . This is the ONLY plumbing company I will use as long as I have a need and as long as they remain in business.

Will, the air condition tech, provided excellent service for a routine maintenance service call. Went above and beyond the routine maintenance correcting an issue resulting from the initial install of the system. However, I have some concerns pertaining to an encounter I had with one of their "dishonest" plumbers. Had I fallen for the sham they tried to get over on me, I would have been out of a "FORTUNE"!

A capacitor for our AC went out on the hottest weekend of the year. I called at 6 am and by 9 Scott was at work on it. He provided quiet efficient service and explained the problem, the solution and how my warrantee was helping me. Once again, Wilbur's team provided excellent service. I appreciated that they have an answering service overnight so we can get a message to them. I confirmed the appointment during early business hours and Karen called back promptly. Highly recommended.

My experience with this company has been very pleasant, from the friendly office staff who I initially spoke with, Brie, to the tech, Jason, and his Journeyman, Cameron. Very professional and helpful. Jason explained what had to be done and did everything as planned and in a timely manner. Couldn't be more pleased with the results. Did feel pricing a bit high, but Jason took the time to go over with me and I truly thank him for that. Thanks to all in your company that I spoke with. You guys are a well-oiled machine!

Jason and Cameron from Wilbur's Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing arrived this morning, pinpointing the cause for my water heater valve's recurring problem. They efficiently fixed the issue and, at my request, extended the water heater's drain pipe through the exterior brick wall to eliminate the need for a bucket placed underneath the drain pipe. Jason's quote to do this was considerably more competitive than a previous quote I received.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Jason and Cameron. They were both ethical and honorable professionals to deal with. I truly appreciate their expertise and dedication to resolving my water heater issue. I wish them continued success in their future endeavors.

I phoned Wilbur Plumbing Sunday night and the woman who received my call took my info and sent it to a scheduler and the woman phoned me in under 2 minutes. She scheduled me an appointment per my request for Monday. She set me up with one of their Plumbers for an 8AM Monday morning appointment. The plumber sent a message he was on my way at 8AM and arrived at my house in short order. Jeremy & Steven cleaned out my sewer drain professionally. I have called Wilbur Plumbing and HVAC numerous times and have always received very good service.

Wilbur's came to my rescue today. My technician was friendly and professional and handled my complex and down right gross situation with his full attention and with great care. He didn't stop until he was able to retrieve the source of my issues: a portion of a tree branch that went down my vent pipe causing a major obstacle between two bathrooms. I so appreciate his efforts! He even had to make multiple trips carrying his tools and equipment, by hand, up and down my steep driveway-in the rain because it was too slick to drive on. I highly recommend Wilber's to anyone. They don't have an A+ rating for no reason!

Dale did a great job solving a small problem I've had with one of my two toilets, but only then did we discuss completely switching out both toilets, considering the age of the house and that both toilets were original to the house. I purchased my new toilets from a local supply store, Dale carefully removed the old ones, and beautifully installed both new ones -- all in one business day! Replacing the originals with toilets current in tech and EPA standards was a very smart decision indeed. Wilbur discounted my earlier payments from the final billing for the double removals and installs. I thank the whole team for helping me check off this project from my "to-do list"! My husband and I have been so pleased with Wilbur's Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing. We have used them multiple times. Recently we had to call them with an air conditioning problem and they responded that day. It was an old large unit and it was finally time to replace, even though Will Smith and Antonio did try to. After determining we needed a new one, Will gave us options on units and was very thorough helping us reach a decision. Brie set everything up for us and made it all move smoothly. The next day Travis and Victor were here early, in the pouring rain, and worked for the next 2 days to get a new HVAC installed. Because we live in an 80-year-old home, it wasn't easy to get to everything but they did without complaint and always making sure that they were taking steps to not inconvenience us in any way. Everyone who was a part of this was so professional and well-trained and represented Wilbur's Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing so well. We will definitely be customers forever and will highly recommend them.

I feel as if I was overcharged by Wilbur's Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing. I kept asking the technicians how much was the disposal, but they never gave me a price for how much the garbage disposal actually was, they only gave me a grand total of how much it will be including the labor. I decided to go ahead and have them replace the disposal due to circumstances out of my control. Both technicians were very nice and knowledgeable. So I actually trusted their judgment and did not think any more about it until I asked for a receipt and I was told someone from the office will email the receipt to me. Every company I have done business with has given or emailed me a receipt right then and there. After the technicians left, I decided to go look under my sink to see what was the brand of the garbage disposal. In-sink Erator Badger 5 1/2 HP with 3-year limited warranty. This brand can be purchased at all locations below: [Location 1] - for $[Price 1].00 [Location 2] - for $[Price 2]1 [Location 3] - for [Price 3] [Location 4] - for $[Price 4] Why did they charge us $[Total Cost] for a part that cost under $[Price] and took only 20 minutes of labor? That's just not right! So you charge me over $[Labor Cost] in labor? With much regards
