Elmhurst Hospital review: abusive to elderly ( 3 comments)

This social worker Alan Blalock abuses the elderly and disrespects human life and the elderly. He is incompetent and an uninformative and should not be working in palliative care. Palliative care means working with people who have an incurable and life threatening condition. What does Alan Blalock do? He puts people with a terminal life threatening illness in the "PSYCH" ward and then refuses to allow them spiritual guidance. He not only disrespects the elderly, but abuses them. He and his cohorts Dr. Ashok Rajput, Dr. Verma, Dr. Ladapo, Dr. Swaby, Dr. Rodriguez, and Beverly Fong should all be ashamed of themselves.
He refuses to do his job and assist with filling out forms for medicaid recertifications or direct patients to the correct office to find out information so that they can get insurance information. His skills with family of patients are deplorable and he refuses to ascertain what type of medical coverage individuals have. He does not do his job. Instead he abuses the elderly, and does nothing to make their deaths and transitions to the next phase of their lives peaceful or spiritual. He is a shame to his profession.
