The website is written to where this company can "cover their butts" legally as far as refunds go. My mechanic called the offered number where he was told that the device would not do what the website stated: "...PERMANANT & COMPLETE DISABLING..." And the mechanic also stated that he's "had a lot of calls about this issue, and that the device wouldn't fix what the website stated."
