EVA AIR review: Very bad communication, client unfriendly

I sent the following message to EVA AIR on November 29, 2022.

So far I have not received any confirmation or answer whether my email has been received correctly and/or whether it has been processed.

Perhaps an explanation is needed.

My wife and I, we are really outraged with the way we have been treated by the EVA AIR – BR75, Bangkok Airport BKK team. Fligh at 26 November 2022, Bangkok to Amsterdam.

Up to 5 times the flight times have been moved to eventually move after the next day.

In the meantime we received 2 vouchers, which could be used at a limited number of shops.

The route from the gate to the shops was a fifteen minute walk and then back.

We are an elderly couple and not very mobile. By the time we got to a snack shop, there was already a queue of 50 people.

Reason: many of those shops closed due to renovations. So we had to walk even further.

At the end of the day we had to go to another gate; wait again without further information.

Finally we followed the whole group of people to the immigration gate, we had to hand over our passport which no one wanted to do.

It is therefore forbidden according to the Dutch government to hand over your passport. Only if there is legal approval for this.

A copy of our passports was not accepted. If they refused, they wouldn't help us any further. So we had to do this.

After a 30 minute bus ride we arrived at a hotel. Waiting endlessly again. We got a very basic room, no hot water.

We got a meal, went to bed exhausted at 11 pm, got up at 3 am, because we had to take the bus to the airport at 4 am.

Waiting again, no one from EVA AIR was there to explain anything. Multiple groups of passengers walked back and forth looking for help or information.

The flight was not indicated. And only around 08:00, there were staff and boarding started.

We are regular customers of EVA AIR, but we don't recognize the service anymore. This was so bad and customer unfriendly. This totally brings down your company's reputation

Desired outcome: An explanation, an answer, a solution. How to avoid these kind of bad communication and mismanagement. Apolugies, at least (?)
