I confess that my patience and my collaborative customer profile have already run out
1) You take too long to answer and when you answer (after my FuP messages) you do not answer the questions asked with the necessary precision for the topic
a. This will be at least the third time I ask the same question and you ignore it completely
i. Are you gonna replace my mist device ? the one I have here is not more reliable, I will need to throw it in the trash, even with only (less than) 3 months of use

I would not like to lose more I can lose the more than 10 dollars that I paid for your equipment that simply does not work properly with less than 3 months of use, I can throw it in the trash (which is probably the right place for it to be) what I can no longer do is waste my time with an area that is called customer relations and that simply does not care about the customer's opinion and / or does not provide the necessary support when necessary

I just received the coupon … US$5, really ? I hope you don't miss this huge contribution to solve a problem that your bad product has been causing to me

I will wait for a precise and definite answer for the next 24 hours the lack of an answer and/or an evasive answer will give me the certainty that I am correct about my vision around the competence (or lack of it) of this company

    I also have invested heavily into the Air Wick Essential Mist machines. I WAS absolutely in love with my first experience. I truly believe that the lavender & almond fragrance helps me to relax and fall asleep faster. Insomnia has been a problem for me for years. Long story shot, my first unit stopped working after three weeks. New batteries etc. made now difference. I purchased another unit and took advantage of purchasing ( two) three pack replacement sets as the refills can be hard to find. The new unit worked for two days!! Reviews online confirm that these units are a problem, so I called customer service looking for replacements or a refund, I waited twenty minutes to speak to someone, and then she basically had me stand on my head with a q-tip to see if the oil was making both units misfire! There was very little empathy or resolve offered for my $60.00 investment and/or my time and frustration. I'll probably return all of it to Walmart where I purchased them and I will get perfect satisfaction from them...sad commentary. Air Wick essential mist machines should be a pulled from store shelves, and Air Wick corporate should be ashamed both by their product and their customer service!
