Air wick can run out working
Hi I buy loads of your products all different ones. But over the past 6 months 5 of my can stop spraying. with more than over half of the can left of sent. They cost a lot but I love my house smelling nice. But am not getting much out of a can like the gas as ran out to pump it out. I can’t afford to only get half of a can each time. I have 5 round my home plus other sent things of yours. Is there a way I can stop this happening ect as am getting a bit nark off
freshmatic autospray
I bought 5 of the mulled wine at Tesco on Saturday the 8th of August 2022 as i love the smell only for 4 to not work (as in wont spray properly and don't smell) and 1 that lasted for half the can then run out of gas. I have had a few previous to run out half way through and am fed up of it. They seem to not tighten together properly so when it tries to spray the bottom pushes away from the top half.
Desired outcome: The product in question to work properly and provide me with what im paying for.

No, not a complaint but praise where it is due.
I rarely contact companies re their products, the last being Cathederal City about a cheese of theirs and previous to that, Walkers Crisps, some eight or nine years ago.
So, you are in a small group that I have taken the time to contact as I need to commend you on the Mulled Wine spray.
Rather sadly, I actually like to use the product just for that smell, one that I don't think is equaled, the nearest being bacon cooking or the smell of fresh bread.
I said I was sad.
That's it, I've said my bit and would like to say, many thanks.

I have 4 misters… 2 white two black they light up blue but don’t dispense anything.. I’ve changed batteries and oils (or whatever they’re called) I’ve been puking for 3 months and now I’m reading about air wick causing these issues? I’ve been to the doctor I’ve tried to contact Airwick 1 million times and now I just want my money back and to know what is making me so sick?

Freshmatic refill
The last three refills I have used have stopped pumping out the stay when there is about 1/4 of a can left. I wasn’t to bothered the first time, a bit bothered the second time but this last time within 3 months I feel is getting too much. They are not cheap and I’m wasting a quarter each time. I have taken them out of the spray machine but they won’t pump even by pressing by hand. I have kept the last one in case you want to see it but sinething really dues need to be done about the quality of the tin

Airwick essential oils Freshmatic spray
I have bought several of the essential oils Freshmatic sprays for use in the Freshmatic machines, and every time I use them they seem to run out of gas before the canister is empty. The latest one last 1 week before the gas ran out yet the canister still fells virtually full when you shake it. These are not cheap to buy and they are even more expensive when they don't work as they should.
Also why is your website unavailable, when I try to access information on it it says "access forbidden"...what's the point in having a website if customers cannot access it.
Desired outcome: I would like an explanation and information on where to send the faulty canisters for a replacement/refund
Air wick automatic spray
I have recently purchased 2 new automatic sprays as my old ones stopped working and the new ones lasted less than a month. I've changed the batteries numerous times and even changed the air freshener but no luck, they just don't work. I have bought air wick for years and no other brand has the smell I love 'Summer Delights' but I am now unable to use any down to faulty products, it is really putting me off buying replacements as the replacements I have had haven't lasted. Please advise

Did this get resolved? I have the same problem with dispensers that have suddenly stopped working despite new batteries and new canisters. I'd would appreciate replacements x2 also otherwise I'll be switching to glade
No scent
I purchased Air wick palm breeze scented oil with 2 warmers and Hawaii Exotic Papaya & Hibiscus Flower essential oils from Sam’s Club. I tried both of them.
I surprised because there is no even freshness or scent in Palm breeze one. I thought there was just water inside. There is no smell. I wasted my money. I had no doubts about Air wick and I bought it without thinking. And I’m going to think double times anymore before I get it.
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response and Please refund or new scent product.
Air wick essential oils winter walks scented oil tea grande diffuser and refil
I have just bought air wick essential oils scented oil fragrance diffuser and regular winter walks set and a double pack of refills of the same fragrance.
I have returned home to find the refill in the package with the essential oils frangrance diffuser is ‘empty’

Can you please explain why it states there is a refil in it yet the bottle is totally sealed and empty! .

Plug in and the little airfreashers
I have been a very loyal customer of all airwikes products
However the products mentioned above seem to faulty. The plug in one's fail and you no longer smell the product. The form bit is damaged and I think this is a factor of not being able to smell. The little airfrrashers I have recently purchased from wilkoz have all been missing the top therefore I cannot use them
Please can you help me with this issue

Airwick oil warmer plug-in
The adjustment to control how much of the oil is use at one time stopped working on the warmer and it just burns through the oil in just a few days I have purchased a total of 22 of these and the refills for the and the oil was gone after four days. I purchased them online brand new unopened and the oil refills on 7/28/2022 for both the warmers and oil refills and adjusted the dial to the lowest setting and it still didn't work correctly.

Disappointed in my plugins and refills
I bought 3 of your plugging Oil diffusers and a pack of 4 of your refills and and they don't work and I spent Around $25 for something that doesn't work you can even smell it. And if I were you know they weren't gonna work I would have kept the receipt but I've never had a problem with them before so so I didn't keep it. I bought them Monday evening at The Locust grove Walmart

This is the 2nd time I bought the air with plug INS and it stopped working within 60 days One I bought from Family Dollar And the other from home depot These plugins are not cheap I did not save the receipt or the package due to me not thinking it was going to stop working so soon so I could not return it i bought one in January and the other in may

Air freshers keep breaking
I use the battery operated air fresherners and within the last few months iv had to buy a handful of replacements due the spray button jamming and taking 30 to 40 seconds for each puff whilst makimg a load noise in the process i am getting fed up with it now iv used these products for years and usually replace them once a year maybe not 5 in 3 months, i ask that you look into this please

Gain plugins they no longer smell anymore
I have been using your product for as long as I can remember I absolutely love the one with the game smell years ago when you first started coming out with the plugins I would only have to plug in one plug in and it would make my upstairs and downstairs smells so lovely. Lately when I've been buying them I can stick an Air wick plug in and every damn plug of my house and can't smell a damn thing coming from any of them I don't know what you have done to manipulate the way you used to make the Air wick plugins but whatever you've done has made them worthless I know longer buy them anymore I buy the waxes now because they make my house smell so much better. It really sucks to know that y'all had to go that route and change something that was working so perfectly into something that sucks so badly I'm not the only one that thinks so a lot of people I know of quit using your Air wick plugins because they suck

Automatic room spray
I bought 2 of your new style automatic room sprays and they are absolutely rubbish. When the little lever comes down to operate the spray it pushes the casing it is in apart. Because it is apart it will no longer work. If you send me a post paid label I will return them to you asap.
I bought them at B & M Stores but unfortunately can not find the receipt so am unable to take them back to the store.

Defuser
Good day I bought 2 Airwick defuses from you & once opened the smell wasn’t very strong & upon investigation I noticed that the product is out of date hence why the smell is not strong. They both cost £2.99 each & they really are not fit for purpose. I buy Airwick products each time I need to refresh my home however on this occasion the company fell short of the great standard that I’m used to.

Essential Mist
I have wasted so much money on this product. I have 2 in my drawer that don't work anymore and was stupid enough to buy 2 more and they aren't working now. I changed the batteries, changed the refills, opened the devices countless times and they just stop working. I'm done! It's a shame because when they work the scent is really nice. I guess that's why I spent so much money trying to get them to work.

i have purchased 3 of these for my care home to keep in the toilets and they don't spray , i have tried different batteries but all 3 are the same , its as if the device is not long enough to spray the air freshener.
