Its coming out like water i've shaked it etc still the same I have pictures it shouldn't be doing this I carnt use it

Bought a air wick candle didint check inside the candle intill I took packaging of when I got home and found a dead fly! I feel sick, pretty sure thoes are fly eggs too

I had a airwick plug in plugged in to a socket. I kept smelling a odd smell. I thought it was coming from my crawl space because a socket is right over my vent. Are days of searching the room looking for the smell. I finally unplugged the airwick. And the smell was the airwick device burning. Glad I found it when I did! I'm not sure if the device was defective or not. Just wanted to make the company aware of this issue.

I am a very loyal customer of yours and by a wide range of your products. However over the last couple of purchase of the automatic sprays I have fond the lids to be snapped therefore I can used them
This has happened a few times and would like to speak to some one about it. I have tired calling but I am on hold for over half an hour and once I got through the line went dead. This just adds to the frustration. The lids done go back on then me and my husband have to use out fingers to get any spray out mannual.

Please can you help resolve this and restore my faith back into your products

I have bought 4 airwicks which are not cheap 2 of them will not spray the scent even though it makes the noise I have checked all trouble shooting and still no scent spraying. These are new air fresheners so scent bottles full up. Very disappointed and would appropriate your help with this or a refund to buy another two. This is not the first time I have bought this product and had difficulty. At the moment I am having to manually open the device and spray to get any type of scent. Please could you get back to me ASAP with your response

Plug In liquid leaked through the packaging. It ruined my kitchen table that had just been delivered 5 days prior to the "incident". I called the Safeway I had bought it from, the manager quickly offered to replace the Air Wick Plug Ins. Screw the Plug Ins, what about my table?

And now, coming on here I see that my table is not the first victim! This is disheartening, to say the least. A big company that could care less about the fact that their product ruins furniture.

Recently I purchased the above product only to find the mechanism couldn't reach air freshener can. So I returned it to have it replaced. The replacement was exactly the same so had to return it. I am now on my third One and it has the exact problem. I have had one for years with no problems so don't there is a design fault. I have five cans of freshener in my cleaning cupboard which can't be used.

Hello I buy airwick refills on the regular, I know how expensive they can be. That's why I was very disappointed and upset when I bought a 6 pack from sam's club in Saginaw, Michigan and most of the oil had leaked out into the package in a couple of them, I know they not filled all the way as is but I feel like I got jipped out my money. I contacted airwick approximately a month ago regarding a products that were not spraying . I uploaded images of the products and bar codes and was advised vouchers would be sent out so I could replace the products . The vouchers have not arrived and I have emailed 3 times to chase and no one has replied. I seemed to be being ignored and not responded to

I bought 2 of the kits. They both worked about 2 weeks then stopped working. I've changed the batteries bought new oil refill and nothing seems to fix them I don't have the boxes or the receipt from when I bought them I bought one at Walmart and one at dollar general. I bought one of these after my daughter said how good it was a helped relaxing at night. However, mine has never worked properly but by the time I realised that, I had obviously thrown the packaging away. I have only had this about a month, it does not puff out the mist, the light comes on occasionally, then nothing happens with the mist. This item cost £10.00 which was a treat for me, but I've been left thoroughly disappointed with it and wishing I could get a refund.

Hi last year i had a problem with one of your airwick freshners anyway received an apology and 2 vouchers wirth £2 each, but everything i took them to said they either would not or they refused to take them now the expiry date is very near.can you please help to resolve this problem.

I bought a 2 pack with the plug in for an outlet an I used 1 bottle which did not difusse the scent very well an left residue around the top of the plug in so I took the bottle out an replaced it with the second bottle an it still doest diffuse the scent. I recently purchased another plug in since I enjoy the product just don't like wasting money..

Bought the scented gel from asda 3 weeks ago and just noticed that there is white spots through the top vent.i opened it it looks like white mould? Not happy as this has been in my bedroom! I've took pictures and have looked on the bottom and it's out of date ! Which shouldn't have been sold

I am very upset regarding airwick plug-ins which have destroyed my living room curtains I love the smell so I have them throughout my house but no longer will as I have discovered my living room one had been knocked somehow and the plug in oil had dropped onto my curtain burning/melting it I instantly went around checking other areas to find they had heated up to very hot these things are dangerous I noticed one had spilled a bit on my hand burning it these are dangerous and should not be sold if a child or a family pet should to have them I would hate to think what could happen my finger now has a burn mark looks like it's going to scar thanks to airwick plug ins. I purchased 2 5 pack bottles of your essential oils. The packages indicates that they should last 30 days. It's been 16 days and they are empty. Am I doing something wrong?
