The oil cartridge leaked, on to my phone and many other things nearby. The oil literally ate the paint off my phone. I work as a hazardous chemical operator and your product scares me.

I purchased an airwick essential mist air freshener a few weeks ago. I noticed today that a lot of the fragrance oil had collected on the outside of the air freshener after lifting it off of my dresser I saw damage all around where the air freshener was. This was a ring around where the freshener sits on my dresser that was white that has completely removed the varnish from my dresser. Their was also several bumps in my dresser all around where this product was placed. After throughly cleaning the area I underneath with alcohol I saw it was caused by the fragrance oil which is leaking out of my air freshener.

I have bought your lavender plug in for years as I love the way it smells and always had compliments the last one I bought was of a different colour thought nothing of it but oh the smell was so horrible even I had to turn it off, why oh why when a company has a product that works they change it and it’s never for the better, I will not be buying it again .what a waste of money.

I had bought 2 of these. One for me and one for my grandma. I honestly hardly use mine but has always seemed to work fine. My grandmas on the other hand keeps leaking the oil and stops spraying. She just told me again that it wasn't working so I tried changing batteries. After doing that it wouldn't light up at all. After trying a few times I smelled something and realized the thing was smoking. Ran outside and took out the batteries and it was still smoking. Now I am afraid to have mine in the house.

Goodafternoon I have two wall plug ins in each room of my house and I changed them out regularly and I cant smell anymore . I'm constantly wasting money hoping I can smell something but its honestly a waste of money .

I have been using Air Wick diffusers & sprays for quite a few years and always just left the issues with the product. Over the years the diffusers that I buy only work for a few days then it stops, I replace new batteries and still won't work unless I switch it on and off and then again it only sprays once and then stop again. Over the years I just threw away the broken product and buy new ones, but every time I sit with the same issue. I buy 4 units with sprays per month, and then 3 out of the 4 don't work. The company must look at the production of the diffusers. It took me years to complain but I am a really unhappy customer. I already threw away 2 out of the 4 that I purchased this month. At first, I thought it might be the batch that I am buying but my sister have the same issue with her diffusers. Unacceptable :(

Hi i have been buying airwick freshmatic refills for a long while now but the last 4 i have bought stopped spraying when there is still half or sometimes more than half left at £3 each i find this Unacceptable and very disappointing but not only that also an expense i could do without.

I even tryed buying a new unit which was £12 but again that was more money wasted as it was still happening please could you look into this for me

Old freshmatic stopped working so bought a new one on Saturday afternoon 7/2/22 after few strays it was making the sound to as it was trying to spray but didn’t. Reset it & yet again after 2 sprays doing the same thing! So disappointing as love the smells but lost all faith in this product! Have wasted £5 buying a this & can’t return as got rid of receipt as thought it was working!

I bought new electrical plug in as soon as I plug it in it made electrical sparks, the whole outlet turned to black burned .the air wack plug burnt
My whole body is shaking. Thats unsafe to anyone

I hope your company implodes. You've ruined countless tables and you can add mine to the list. It's the ONLY table I kept during my move. I would love nothing more than to see all your stocks plummet as you fade into obscurity while your CEO's flip burgers in fast food. Why the hell would you put such a vile concoction into such a well intentioned and wholesome product? Forfeit your company. You are voted off this planet.

I love this product when it's working properly, when it's brand new it's seems to be very effective keeping the house smelling amazing. Unfortunately before the can is half way down it's sound as if it's struggling to push the smell out.
Now is the a defect with the mechanical part of the holder . I feel really let down by this product I would love you to sort this issue out as I have them all over my home

As a lover of air wick refills I have been left out of pocket and disappointed with theese products, before the can has emptied it stops working and won't spay, I have bought numerous refills and the devices and would like to know if any other customers have had the same problem and if there has been faults with other products or is it something to do with the fragrance. Happened 1/13/2022

We purchased a package at Christmas in Woodland Pine scent with two warmers. We have only used one of them and it's a good thing. They don't seem to put out much scent but that isn't the worst of it. I happened to be working in the kitchen where it was plugged in and needed to use my plug in can opener. The Air Wick and the can opener were the only two items in use. The Air Wick happened to be plugged into a ground fault plug. Thank goodness. It tripped the plug and kept us from having a fire. I'm not sure where we purchased this set, but it must have been Sams before Christmas. In any case we are afraid to use any of the rest of the package. I have the unused second plug in and three scent jars left. These are pretty expensive. We don't recommend them.

I am now on my third air wick defused that will not work. I used the battery supplied also my own battery. The depressed does not press the top of the can. I am throughly fed up as the store I bought them from says its not their problem. Ref number on this last item is cw1124k1a . I will not buy more as these were two different chemists. A l Reid.

Bought the spray machine few weeks ago it was working fine and now it doesnt spray? I have put a new battery in it and nothing!
Put a new spray in nothing! This is not acceptable as i have only had a short time.
I can not take it back to Tescos as i do not have the receipt! This is not a cheap product for me to replace

I Have recently borought 1x Airwick essential diffuser & 1x Airwick essential diffuser bluetooth in which both products do not work im very dissapointed in these Air Wick products I would like either a replacement for both a full refund.

I bought eight replacement Christmas aerosols (from Amazon) for four units and I replaced the batteries.
Non of them worked so I tried a variety of options to check whether or not it was the new aerosols, batteries, and even exchanged the new aerosol with others and existing ones.
I have now returned the "faulty" aerosols to Amazon.
I then replaced the units with the existing older aerosols and to my horror have discovered that all 4 units have stopped working. Can you assist in recommendations to repair or check the units or even replace them as there is something fundamentally wrong with your products.

Purchased this item for the month of December to have a nice Christmas smell. I use this item all the time but mostly by another company because had trouble with air wick before. This item is absolutely useless there's not enough power to spray the spray. I have tried ne batteries still no better. It just hasn't got enough power past the spray out. You can hear it trying Total waste of money.

I bought an Freshmatic dispenser and after 60 days the product stopped spraying freshener no matter how many new batteries or bottles I have tried to replace. Junk! I tried to watch as the nozzle comes down and it just stops before it even has the chance to push down and spray.

I purchased at Costco your plug-in multi pack and one of your plug ins did not have the wick in it I would like a coupon for a single one ! Can you email me a coupon or send it to the address below. So I tried to put and old wick in this one and it did not work I got my hands full of stuff and it was burning me ! Should have done it with gloves ! These are expensive and I would like to be reimbursed
