Dear Sir
on behalf of my wife anju sharma ( PNR # URFCWL) travelling from DXB to ATQ with IX192 on 5/08/2018 along with my 3 year kid, who are forced to suffer in dubai airport for more than 7 hours as on the time of departure they were notified that flight IX192 is delay by 07 hours 10 minutes.
no prior information given on your webpage, email or sms to travelers, we need explanation and claim for compensation for this unnecessary hassle and troubles due to lack of customer service of Air India express.
