My flight was on 4/09/2023 flight number IX688 ,(chennai to singapore) PNR : UIZ4FU. The flight was delayed for 4 hours after the passengers where seated inside the plane. Didn’t even give a valid reason and also didn’t even turn aircon on for the entire 4 hours, which was like sitting in an oven. I was starving throughout the entire 8 hours including the air time and they didn’t even bother to give us a complementary meal.

I read your policy details and the IATA guidelines and found that if the flight is delayed for more than 3 hours, I am obliged to get a full refund of my ticket price.

Hope you will take the necessary actions and make the necessary arrangements for my refund.

We have noticied that flight rates are charges from Mangalore to Dubai is very expensive and nearly 2 times of fight rates from neighbouring airport that is kannur.

For Instance,

For eg: flight rates on 30th of Jan 2024

from Mangalore to Dubai it is Rs.26,000

From Kannur to Dubai it is Rs, 14000.00

From Mangalore to Abudhabi is are.15,000.00

It’s 50% more than what other airport are charging and top of that we have limited flights

It is rediculous and really dont know on what basis they charge

I did travel by Air India Express IX 421 from COK to RUH on 26th Aug 2023 with 01 pc of Check In Baggage.
When I collected the baggage form RUH airport, it was damaged (Broken).
And I filed a complaint (AI 15196) in RUH Air Port Baggage Handling Department.

Worst experience with air India express me and my family had I was travelling from kochi airport to abdudhabinwid my family on 28 th Aug 2023 8 pm flight when I reached abudhabi 10 .30 pm after security checking waiting for baggage I got shocked seeing our trolley bag completely damaged trolley bag bought on Nov 2022 from lulu kuwaitat alain but we dnt have time to argue with because it was already late I ha my children wid me and we need to travell 2 hours to reach alain our home town u should find a solution to claim our loss although we spend huge amount for ticket in this season time but you people dnt have a little much responsibility about our things very very bad [protected] my number my self razil khalid

I fled Amritsar to Dubai IX191 on 18th July 2023 with family, including my 73 years old father and 1 infant and 1 child of 3 years. We were overweight and have told to pay for it, we decided to reshuffle the wait and leave some stuff, lady at desk called the supervisor and told the situation who behave ill mannered and start weighing our handbags too which I understand. We took some stuff out dropped the excess baggage by 5 kilos. We wasted an hour as new bags scan featured took long. Back to the desk again and paid for overweight. We paid the exact amount what we asked us to pay earlier (with weight we brought to the airport).

I mean why we wasted an hour at airport with kids to do all this hassle and have been asked by the staff are you travelling first time by air. Finally, we got the boarding passes and have been told to run as we are now late. Other services were good but really bad experience with their supervisor. He ruined our whole journey.

I Vincent Joseph George flew with my wife GRACY GRETTA DSOUZA by Air India Express IXE KWI with PNR - MSPTPB -flight IX893 on 20.08.2023. I had ordered breakfast ONLINE for 2 paying KD 3/- (equivalent to about Rs 800) by credit card.

Onboard, only one breakfast was served saying there is only one breakfast booked. The crew were polite and helpful but they were helpless. Crew shared with me their chart of service which is attached. Please check whos mistake it was and assign responsibility.

This is to complain the rude behaviour of staff in the check in counters of Calicut international airport. We request to check the video footage on the travel date of 13th august 2023, where the staff had the audacity to snatch back the already issued boarding pass and threaten that they will not allow to travel.

Otherwise the staff inside the flight is really awesome and very helpfull

Flight IX 539, took off with all people onboard from Thiruvananthapuram at 1.18pm and we received the message from the Captain at 2.32pm, said that "we will going back to Thiruvananthapuram airport for landing due to the Technical fault (Captain announced that A/C Problem in the aircraft). In this reason, we landed in Thiruvananthapuram Airport at 3.53pm. After formalities, we entered the gate 5.00pm and they arranged another aircraft at 6.00pm. Finally we reached (Aircraft landed) in Dubai Airport at 8.29pm instead of 3.55pm. All our plans are collapsed.

The last thing to mention here is that please keep in mind the times of others (Passengers) because they planed many things after the journey and please don't allow such an old and untested aircrafts. This is my 3rd time (Flight Delayed) experience with Air India Express.

And all those who travelled on this aircraft should be given proper compensation.

My name is Minu. I was traveling to Uk Heathrew airport from India , kochin airport .

And my flight was Air India express kochin to Dubai.

Dubai to Uk Heathrew airport British airways.

When I reached UK I was checking about my baggage it's was not reached.I was so worried and I am worried because I was traveling alone. When I went to complaint in desk British airways they told me they can't do anything because it's Air India express I have to complain.

Any way after waiting for so much time. I left from there because my phone was getting battery low..I was trying to complain in phone I found 08 starting number I can't call from my number. So I am mailing the details.

In my laggage I have my documents it's regarding for my job some important file. I want that as soon as possible.can you help me to get that. When I reached Uk .I didn't even have a pair of dress , everything is in my laggage.

We travelled on 22Jul from Madurai to Singapore. We attempted to add baggage but our efforts failed. Thus resulting in us paying INR10,500 for excess baggage.

I insist on having my refund. I should not be penalised for an issue at your end.

Moreover I could not place orders for our meals. I had my elderly mum on wheelchair. I had to go through so much stress. I had to make alternate arrangements.

I have been chatting online via Chatbot "Tia". This is the worst platform I have encountered. She kept repeating herself despite giving all the required information.

You will lose all your clients if you provide such customer service.

Please give this matter your immediate attention.

I had booked Air India Express ticket from Dammam to Calicut on 25th. Arrived at the airport early as per the time on the ticket. But bachelors are kept away from the boarding counter and boarding passes are given only to families. After that they started giving it to bachelors and when it was my turn they said that the seat is full. How can it be full? I asked them how can I get tickets if the seats are full. They said we don't know about it. You go downstairs to the office and talk to the supervisor. When I spoke to the supervisor he said that this is a mistake by the sales team, go and talk to the office in Khobar. Moreover, when I asked him for an explanation of the delay in my journey, he spoke very rudely and loudly. The door slammed shut on me. My journey was delayed, I lost time and I lost a day from my leave. I want to be compensated for that.

Myself Rangaraj Perumal residing in UAE for the past 21+ years is a frequent flyer. My recent experience with Air India expresses to fly from Sharjah to Tiruchirappalli is horrible and highly disappointing.

I booked the ticket from Sharjah to Tiruchirappalli under PNR no Z7K5XD on 15/07/2023 early morning to attend my mother's funeral. To add grief to my already gravening soul for my mother's loss, got a mail saying the flight is rescheduled to 16/07/2023 at 09.55 time. from 16/07/2023 at 00.50 am.

On seeing the mail, i immediately called air India office in Sharjah, none of them has picked the line. I rushed to the air india office, to my dismay, there is no staff on the desk. Asked by a lonely staff, to wait, after a long wait, able to see one staff who walked down on the stair, who occupied the chair, fiddled with her smart phone for some time, then called the anxious pax who are waiting.

When my turn comes, i told her my situation, she raised her hands saying the flight is full, and to my disgusting dismay, get to know from here that, the flights from previous day were cancelled from Dubai, so she can't help me out in any way. Go and find it with some other airline.

I want to raise a sever complaint on Air India express, on what basis they are allowing us to make the booking knowingly that their previous days flights are cancelled and the current flight is getting delayed, that too withing an hours time i get the mail of delay notice.

She simply asked me to cancel the ticket to get my refund that to with a deduction on of AED 90 where it is the fault of mine, and I am unable to attend my mother's funeral.

I strongly lodge my protest why Indian civil aviation is allowing these scumbags to run the commercial flights, who is least bothered to take care of the interest of the passengers. Who doesn't have the capacity and basic ethics to run the business.

Plz do not bring TATAs brand name which I am least bother to listen who lacks the capacity and ethics to run the business.

I want justice for my great loss for not attending my mother's funeral, by taking to task the Air India express management.

By the way, this was not my first experience with Air India express, who messed up my travel itinerary earlier too.

Which is delayed already 2 hours. Am gonna miss my meeting with my client because of this and loosing alot of money. I need my refund at-least the ticket amount. This is your fault not mine. I have reached airport 10.00am.

My flight was scheduled on 11-07-2023 at 2.25am, but was delayed and rescheduled to 9.50am then again to 12.20pm then again to 2.50pm then again to 3.15pm. This is pathetic and horrible service from air india express. They could have directly told the rescheduled time at 3.15pm instead they were fooling around passengers saying il will reschedule in few hours. My whole is wasted, i had to attend a function today. Actualy i had to reach early morning at 7.30 in Manglore but now im still in Dubai way for this stupid flight IX 814 Dubai to Mangalore.

Myself ashiq I was to travel 9th July 2023 with Air India express XI 374 flight 12.30 pm, as we had some technical problem with flight engine , we couldn't fly, it was ok to wait for hours, but the worst part is about irresponsibility of authorities , not even giving a proper answer for our queries, no AC was working inside flight,after they bought us to airport launt and we are wait in the airport 5 hours, even after they bought us to hotels for accommodation, we are waiting until 10 July 2023 now on 11:40 pm after we are contact the air India office they are said the technical team came from India they are fixing the problem that is not sure about them I have only 16 days leave on the vacation 2 days is gone from her I need compensation we are purchased chocolate more than 600 QR they also melted there is no AC in the airport.we are still waiting on the hotel they are not confirm about the flight is ready I must need compensation.

I am travelling by ix 252 air express india.. From sharjah to mumbai 9.30 am. The cabin crew staff name of miss. Manu was extremely rude with me when I asked her to help with my hand carry bag… I am frequent traveller with air india. But this experience was so insulting and unprofessional approached towards passenger.

I hope you will take action and train your staff professionally…

Dear Sir/Madam,

We went India last month (i.e., 8th Jun 2023) via Air India Express Flight (IX 536) night from Sharjah to Trivandrum Flight as an emergency due to my father's demise. Myself was sitting with my boy (aisle seat) on raw 13. When we got snack box, i requested in mother tongue (warm water for drinking) when i was sitting on middle seat. The same time in our front desk with snack box and cold water bottle was there, and the similar time Attendant (Sreekutty named) put boiled water on his desk and same time fell down to his abdominal part. On that day one of our MP was also present on the flight with lot of other dignitaries and media persons. Few of them saw what happened in the flight, except that lady staff, other staff was try to support with what they can, finally we expect one sorry at least to him by that "Sree". Duty doctor advised us to take care to KIMS or Ananthapuri we are new to Trivandrum. Finally we went Airport Manager, she advised go to Ananthapuri Hospital and she asked one of the staff also accompanied with us. At Ananthapuri Hospital Doctor asked to admit around one week minimum, we are unable to do since my father's demise without no one at my home as well, we need to rush to home at Ranni and take care of further funeral. We are taking dailly to Hospital till 15th June at Ranni Hospital, later at Dubai now alomost 24 days we are taking him to hospital and he was unable to attend school as well.

We are looking some punishment to her, she is working with service sector like us, not rude and polite with customers, if there is anywhere one small word can use as "Sorry", perhaps no one my family member not said any bad word or provoking to her. She can contact to my son and say sorry and give some compensation as gift or any other way.

Cabin crew did not respond to call for Snacks to be paid by us and as a result one of the Passenger Miss Shenaya Muzarin fell sick and vomitted several times onboard and after landing due to this very bad service by the Air India Express crew as she did not have breakfast in the morning.

I am Neerja Singh and have travelled from Mumbai to Sharjah on the 4th June and baggage allowance was 20kg so I booked an add on of 10 kgs 2 days prior from the website and it said can do the payment at the counter and I turn up at the counter it says it is not showing anything in their system from their end and the front desk were not at all cooperative and were very rude saying if you have booked why it is not showing here, how would I know why it is not showing? I had to pay a huge amount of Rs 18900 and the staff were smiling as if it is a small amount. I requested them so many times to please check and help me out but no help what do ever. If I knew something of this sort will happen I would have taken a screenshot of my add on and kept. If your system doesn’t work properly online for the add on, does that mean I need to pay this huge amount from my pocket. How would I know why it was not reflecting in your system. I had to struggle to get my international card working and run to atm for withdrawing the money as they would not take my card for payment. Absolutely rude and non cooperative staff at the Mumbai airport. I request to please check what went wrong and please refund my money. Rs 18900 is not a small amount for me.Thanks

This is in reference to the refund of PNR no Y6HEA3. I had made a request for the same on 18-May-23, as per your refund policy, it should have been processed within 14 days of my request. However, it has now been 29 days and I have not received the amount. I have contacted your customer service multiple times, but did not receive any proper response or update.

And I have already requested you to issue a refund invoice so that I can track my payment status.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and process my refund as soon as possible. I would be grateful if you could provide me with a refund payment along with a refund charge which you’re deducted from my initial payment.
