I have been trying to contact the property for more information and they are simply not responding to my questions. I have sent them Message on 22 August, 24 August and 28 August. But No response. I Have also sent an email

Still they are not answering my question !

But they have charged for the Booking

I have been trying get infomation about the accomodation before I come

But no one is responding

I want to CANCEL BOOKING and want a FULL REFUND BECAUSE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

Please help me with this . I have sent them the message again. But no one is replying

I DONT NOT wish to stay in this hotel and want my FULL refund back

Thanks for booking with us ans also sorry for the inconvenience. There should have been a problem because we never leave the questions we get unanswered. About the charge process, the website that you made a booking has a cancellation policy until 2 days before check in date. So you charged by the company automatically. It is not like we don't answer anything but only focused on money. Two different parts. We will receive your money after your check out as their working policies. Sorry again if we don't replied your questions. I am here to answer all of them now, waiting for you. Have a nice day.
