I recently discovered that one of their clients has been using my identity for the past two years to insure their vehicles. I went to *** today, 8/7, and couldn't get insurance for my car because someone stole my name. I called Agency Insurance and spoke with someone who said they couldn't remove my name when I told them I don't know the lady who is using my name. They didn't do anything. Account_Number:

So, I had this insurance thing with AIC Insurance, right? Well, let me tell you, it was a real mess. I was driving in Doylestown Borough, Bucks County, minding my own business, when I accidentally smacked into a streetlight pole. It was a total disaster, and I knew I had to report it to the police.

After the police report was filed, everything seemed pretty straightforward. I mean, I admitted to hitting the pole, and there was no denying it. But guess what? AIC Insurance, specifically this Claims Adjuster named Cory M, decided they weren't gonna pay up. Can you believe that? They straight up refused to cover the damages and had the audacity to demand that I pay for the repairs upfront. Like, seriously?

I've been trying to get them to pay the claim for ages now, but it's like talking to a brick wall. No matter how many times I ask, they just won't budge. It's frustrating as heck, let me tell you. I even tried reaching out to them through their phone number, [protected], and their email, ***@aiconline.com, but it's been a dead end. They just don't seem to care.

So yeah, if you're thinking about getting insurance from AIC, I'd say think twice. They might seem all nice and friendly at first, but when it comes down to it, they won't have your back. Save yourself the trouble and find a company that actually cares about their customers. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Oh, and by the way, their address is P.O. Box 8820 Elkridge, MD 21075. Not that it matters much, considering how unhelpful they've been. But hey, just thought I'd throw it out there.

I had a car accident on May 8th, and I need a decline letter from Agency Services, Inc. for my claim with *** to proceed. I've been trying to get them to send it to *** for the past week and a half, but they haven't responded at all. This is really unprofessional, and I need it to be resolved as soon as possible. The adjuster's number is 410-***, and her name is Dinah. The claim number is ***. All I need is a simple decline letter, but nobody in that company is helpful at all. They don't even answer emails or texts. Even *** has been trying. Please help me.

After I sent in a video and some pictures showing that a dump truck from this company, which had their license, caused debris to fall out and break my windshield, the agent called me and said, and I quote, "the driver of the truck said his truck was empty," so I'm gonna deny the quote. Even if the truck was empty (which it wasn't), there's still stuff sitting in the bed of the truck. Plus, if the truck was really empty, the cover wouldn't be on. This insurance is a total rip off. You should definitely avoid it.

On 2/20/2022, my stepson got into a car accident. They took the car to an impound lot. I was talking to the impound lot about giving them the car to cover the tow costs. While waiting for AIC to finish the claim, the claim rep from AIC called and had the wrong car towed and paid the tow bill. The claim rep then contacted me, told me what happened, and said that we wouldn't have to pay the tow bill because of their mistake. All she needed was to know where to tow the car back to. Months passed, and now they want us to pay the bill after originally telling me I wasn't responsible.

So, I had this incident where one of their insured vehicles hit my farm tractor in September. And let me tell you, they haven't been very good about following up on payment. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but they won't answer the phone. Can you believe it? Their vehicle hit me, we got an estimate, and they gave me the money for it. But guess what? The repair ended up costing more, and I lost income because of it. And now, they won't answer the phone no matter how many times I call or leave messages. They claim to have called the customers who lost income, but I called them myself, and they said they haven't received any calls or messages. I've even postponed the bill for the repair twice, hoping they would send the money, but no luck. And guess what? It's due at the end of the month, and the agent still won't answer. I've been calling and leaving messages for almost 2 months now. Can you believe the nerve?

On April 1st, I bought a used motorcycle. I went to the local insurance guy and asked about insuring the new motorcycle and my other motorcycle. The guy gave me a quote from the Agency Insurance Company of Maryland. I said okay to the policy amount of $300 and paid the whole thing with my credit card. A few days later, the guy called me and said they needed a copy of my current motorcycle insurance policy to show that I already had insurance on the first motorcycle. I gave them the policy cards the next day. On April 16th, I got an email from the AIC saying I owed an extra $85 for random charges. Since I never cancelled my *** policy, I called AIC and told them to cancel the new policy. On April 21, I got an email saying I would get a refund of $251 and it would take 10 days for the check to be sent. I called and had them fix my mailing address. It's now May 20th and I still haven't gotten the check.

I got in a accident at the end of May. The guy who took my statement never talked to me again. I called a bunch of times to talk to him but he didn't want to talk or call me back. They never told me they stopped working on my car. I only found out it was totaled when I called the place where they fix cars to schedule a time to pick it up. AIC stopped my rental car before the time in my contract was up and they didn't pay the rental company until I complained. My bank keeps sending me letters about paying for the totaled car. I canceled my policy on 6/18. I had my new insurance company call to cancel it. They still charged me for July even though I canceled. I called to make sure they got my cancellation but they said they didn't and now I have to pay a fee to cancel. I wouldn't have canceled if their service wasn't so terrible. I don't think I should have to pay for their terrible service that left me with no other choice.

I'm really bummed out about being insured with this company. My car got wrecked on 06/18, and I couldn't get a rental car until a whole week later on 06/24. I called them a bunch of times, but the adjuster, Brandy Jackson, straight up refused to process my claim. She said she sent my info to the rental car company, but then she had the nerve to sarcastically say they didn't contact me. I felt like she was being super rude and unprofessional. Because of their mess-up, I ended up having to pay extra for the rental car because they didn't extend the contract like they promised.

A couple of weeks later, I called the company again to see what was going on, but when I got Brandy's voicemail, it said she went on vacation. This was her first vacation ever, mind you, and she had the audacity to take it during my claim. And now, as of today, Brandy won't give me any info because she claims she doesn't have the police report. She told me I had to contact them myself to get it, so I did. But guess what? They told me that AIC never even bothered to reach out to them for the report. So now the department told me to tell Brandy to get in touch with them for the report.

Honestly, this whole experience has been a major headache. I'm seriously regretting my decision to go with Agency Services, Inc.
