I had a really bad experience with AG Jeans. I bought a gift card for my dad for Christmas, but it never arrived. I called the company multiple times, but I was put on hold for hours without any response. Finally, after more than a week, I was able to speak with a customer service representative. I asked for a refund since it was already January and the gift card was never delivered. However, the representative told me that they don't offer refunds for gift cards, even though this was not stated in their terms and conditions or on their website.

The representative promised to send the gift card to my dad again, but it never arrived. I called again almost three weeks after my initial purchase to dispute the charge, but they still refused to give me a refund or any kind of compensation. During the call, they sent me the gift card, pretending like it had already been sent earlier.

I am very disappointed with AG Jeans. I used to love their brand and their products, but now I feel like they are trying to scam their customers. I would advise you not to shop there and to take my experience into consideration before making any purchases.

Me and my family have been buying from AG for a long time now, since the very beginning. But nowadays, it seems like everything is on sale but nothing is returnable. So, you gotta be real careful about what you buy from here. Make sure it fits you well and you like it because most of the stuff is 'final sale' on certain parts of the website. This ain't the fault of the customer service agents, it's the company's big bosses who make these policies. But I gotta say, the customer service is amazing and they always respond quickly. They have been nothing but kind and sorry to us. They (the e-commerce customer service agents) are trying to change the policies and make it easier for us to return stuff. They know that shopping online can be tricky and we gotta rely on it these days. But the brand itself is amazing and they have some of the most beautiful denim and products out there. The customer service is top-notch too (don't be mad at them, they're just doing their job). If you're not sure about the fit of the product, you can always check out Nordstrom. They have looser return policies. But other than that, you can't go wrong with AG quality. It's one of the best out there.

I recently made a purchase on AG's website and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was less than satisfactory. I had to return the jeans I bought and it was a nightmare trying to get my money back. It seemed like they were doing everything in their power to avoid giving me a refund. It was only after I reached out to them that they finally sent the package back to me. However, the box was torn apart and the clothing was falling out. I contacted customer service again and they kept asking for photos of some label. I sent them all the photos of the labels on the clothing and they finally agreed to send me a return label to send the package back to them. It made no sense to me and it took me over four months to get my refund. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and I will never buy from them again. Although they may have good quality clothing, their shoddy practices are unacceptable. There are plenty of other clothing stores out there that offer good quality clothing and better customer service.
