I am a long time St. John customer, but after my recent experience I will never shop St. John again and I encourage others to do the same. When I bought a dress in July of this year to wear to a September wedding, I asked if the dress might go on sale since I didn’t need it for 2 mos and was told no. A few weeks later, it was reduced by $1,000 and there was no one in a position of authority who would return my phone calls about a price adjustment. If there was even the possibility the price would drop, I would have waited. It is outside their unreasonable 14 day policy, but, under the circumstances, some accommodation should have been made.

St John is a website that sells fancy clothes for fancy people. They got all kinds of clothes, from dresses to jackets to pants. The clothes are made with high quality materials and they look real nice. I like how they got different styles for different occasions, like fancy parties or just everyday wear. The prices are kinda high, but I guess that's what you gotta pay for fancy clothes.

The website is easy to use and they got good pictures of the clothes so you can see what you're buying. They also got a size chart so you can make sure you get the right size. I ordered a dress and it came pretty quick, which was nice. The dress was real nice and it fit me good. I wore it to a fancy party and got a lot of compliments.

I mean, come on, Experian has had data breaches before and it's not exactly the most trustworthy company out there. I think there should be other options available, like uploading a picture ID, which would be a lot more secure and wouldn't put us at risk of further data breaches.

Another thing that I've noticed is that I wish I could rent more than one bag at a time, especially when the bag I'm borrowing is one of the less expensive ones. It would be great if there was an option to rent multiple bags at once, so I could switch them out and have more variety without having to pay for each one separately.

Overall, though, I do really like St John's website and the selection of bags they have available. The prices are reasonable and the quality is top-notch. I just hope they can address these issues with the identity confirmation process and the rental options in the future.
