The shirts are the wrong size, they take forever to arrive and then when you try to talk with customer service about the delivery or anything else at all is simply impossible. There is truly no customer service at this company.

You can only contact them through live chat and all that live chat does is respond with a prepared and pre-typed answer. Their answer is always all about their policy and the fact that it is FedEx’s fault and you have to wait. They don’t provide a phone number to speak to a service representative at all, only live chat.

If you Google Cubavera.com phone number you finally get a number but all that the phone operator tells you is that they have a live chat and won’t even acknowledge your concerns or transfer you to anyone in the company. If you ask her to transfer you to customer service she will simply and very rudely hang up on you. We ordered 4 shirts, my daughters ordered, that a total of 7 shirts. We had to place the orders twice because the shirts were either too big or too small. One of the shirts was on “special low price” and guess what: after they took our order they had none left. How convenient! The shirts take forever to arrive. They promise 7 to 10 days it has been 18 and they still haven’t arrived. We ordered them on the 19th of July, today is the 5th of August and they still claim that it is within their 7 to 10 days delivery window not including weekends and holidays so there’s nothing they can do. We have to wait another 7 to 10 days before they can do anything about it, at which time they’ll probably just tell you the same thing. By the way, you are not told about this; “not including weekends and holidays” until after your 7 to 10 days have passed and you are asking about your order.

The first order we placed got here quickly but the size of the shirts they sent was off, so we returned them and placed another order for a smaller size on some and bigger size on others, hoping that the new ones fit better.

We got so tired of trying to get an answer about the arrival time that we simply cancelled the order. Now we find out that they will not cancel the order even when the arrival time has been over 10 days because they are “in transit” even if as I said its been 18 days. But, beware! If you then return the shirts because you no longer want them since they are no longer relevant, such as for a timely gift, they charge you a restocking fee, even though it was their fault.

Do not waste your time or money dealing with this company.

These are traditional hispanic or latino shirts normally made by hispanics seamstresses in Latin American countries. Their guayaberas are not even made in the USA, Cuba, The Philippines or any Spanish country, or not even by hispanics. They come from places like China and Bangladesh. This is like buying Native American artifacts that instead of being made by Native American Indians they are made in china and sold as Indian souvenirs.

this was my first time ordering from Cubavera and i was really dissapointed with my experience. i got a shirt for my son but it was too little for him. trying to come up with a solution, i went to print the return label but the site would not show my order. it was really frustrating and i had to go through a big hassle to make the return. in the end i would not recommend this brand to anyone and i will not be shopping with them again.

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Cubavera's clothing quality. It's like they put no effort into making anything that doesn't fall apart after one wear. And believe me, I tried to make it work - I ordered three different items and not one of them fit me right. So I figured, okay, no big deal, I'll just return them. Well, that's where the real headache started. Three attempts to contact their customer service and no response whatsoever. Like, come on, at least pretend like you care about your customers. But nope, they're too busy taking people's money and running. So in the end I had no choice but to reverse the charge on my credit card. What a pain in the butt, man. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Cubavera is a cool online store that's got some sweet shirts and stuff. I bought this shirt from them and at first I was stoked - it looked so rad! So, I got myself a pair of pants from Cubavera.com, but it looks like they got lost somewhere in between the warehouse and my doorstep. I called FedEx to try and track them down, but they didn't seem to have a clue either. Then came the tough part - trying to contact Cubavera's customer service. They claim to have a "live chat" and a phone number you can call, but I found out quickly that those were just fancy words for a robot who won't connect you to a real person.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience. It's frustrating dealing with a company that doesn't seem to value their customers' time or satisfaction. I'm not sure if I would ever order from them again, at least not until they can get their act together and make some real improvements to their customer service processes.

Cubavera might not be the best place to buy online! I ordered something from them and what a hassle! My package is lost somewhere in Georgia according to the FedEx page. What the heck, Cubavera?! It's really frustrating as I haven't received my merchandise and I'm out of pocket. I'm really upset that I won't be receiving what I paid for. I hope they can give me a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. Needless to say, this will definitely be my first and last time ordering from them. 1 star is being kind considering the amount of disappointment and stress this has caused me.

I bought a shirt for my hubby for Father's Day from Cubavera and it tookh, like, twenty days to arrive. I was really bummed because it was too late. They said it was because of a delay with all carriers, but whatever. It's not like it's just them shipping stuff, right? Like, everyone else sends stuff in a few days. And they didn't even say sorry or try to make it up to me or anything. So I say don't order from them. I've found some really cool shirts at Zara that are just as nice, and, like, even softer.

So I decided to buy a shirt for a buddy of mine who turned 60 years old. I wanted to gift him something special, so I ended up choosing Cubavera as my go-to shopping site. I was thrilled to make my order on March 15, but as time went by, I got anxious as his birthday was approaching which was on April 22. But even up till now, I still haven't received the shirt that I ordered.

Naturally, I decided to contact FEDEX to inquire about the delivery status of my item. As per their update, it was shipped by cargo ship which was quite unusual for me. Who ships a shirt on a cargo ship? The thought was ridiculous and disappointing to be honest.

To my dismay, his birthday was already over and I still haven't received any updates about the item that I ordered. As of now, we're already in May, and I am still waiting for the package that should have arrived a long time ago. Honestly, I was utterly disappointed with this experience.

Overall, I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. It seems like they don't put much value on customer satisfaction and that's not cool at all. It's a shame because I heard a lot of good things about Cubavera. Too bad it didn't end well for me, though.
