this was my first time ordering from Cubavera and i was really dissapointed with my experience. i got a shirt for my son but it was too little for him. trying to come up with a solution, i went to print the return label but the site would not show my order. it was really frustrating and i had to go through a big hassle to make the return. in the end i would not recommend this brand to anyone and i will not be shopping with them again.

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Cubavera's clothing quality. It's like they put no effort into making anything that doesn't fall apart after one wear. And believe me, I tried to make it work - I ordered three different items and not one of them fit me right. So I figured, okay, no big deal, I'll just return them. Well, that's where the real headache started. Three attempts to contact their customer service and no response whatsoever. Like, come on, at least pretend like you care about your customers. But nope, they're too busy taking people's money and running. So in the end I had no choice but to reverse the charge on my credit card. What a pain in the butt, man. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Cubavera is a cool online store that's got some sweet shirts and stuff. I bought this shirt from them and at first I was stoked - it looked so rad! But then when I tried it on, it just didn't fit right. I was super bummed because I really liked the design. So I went to the Cubavera website to check out their return policy and figure out what to do.

That's when things got weird. I tried to put in my invoice number to start the return process, but the website said it didn't exist. What the heck?! I double-checked my email and everything, and I definitely got the shirt in the mail. So I thought maybe I did something wrong and tried again, but nope. Still "invoice does not exist."

Feeling frustrated and confused, I decided to email customer service. I explained the situation and asked for their help. But now it's been a whole dang week and I still haven't heard back from them. What gives, Cubavera?!

Overall, I like the shirts at Cubavera, but this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they step up their customer service game and get back to me soon so we can get this return sorted out.

So, I got myself a pair of pants from Cubavera.com, but it looks like they got lost somewhere in between the warehouse and my doorstep. I called FedEx to try and track them down, but they didn't seem to have a clue either. Then came the tough part - trying to contact Cubavera's customer service. They claim to have a "live chat" and a phone number you can call, but I found out quickly that those were just fancy words for a robot who won't connect you to a real person.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience. It's frustrating dealing with a company that doesn't seem to value their customers' time or satisfaction. I'm not sure if I would ever order from them again, at least not until they can get their act together and make some real improvements to their customer service processes.

So I guess I'd say, if you're gonna order from Cubavera, just be aware of the return policy and the extra costs that come with it. Otherwise, the clothes are pretty sweet, I gotta admit.

I've bought from them before and never had any issues until now. I hope they can fix this shipping and delivery issue, or at least be more proactive with updates and solutions for customers who experience these kinds of problems. Overall, if you're willing to take the risk, I highly recommend Cubavera for their stylish and high-quality linen clothing. Just be cautious and aware of potential shipping and delivery issues that may arise.

Cubavera might not be the best place to buy online! I ordered something from them and what a hassle! My package is lost somewhere in Georgia according to the FedEx page. What the heck, Cubavera?! It's really frustrating as I haven't received my merchandise and I'm out of pocket. I'm really upset that I won't be receiving what I paid for. I hope they can give me a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. Needless to say, this will definitely be my first and last time ordering from them. 1 star is being kind considering the amount of disappointment and stress this has caused me.

I bought a shirt for my hubby for Father's Day from Cubavera and it tookh, like, twenty days to arrive. I was really bummed because it was too late. They said it was because of a delay with all carriers, but whatever. It's not like it's just them shipping stuff, right? Like, everyone else sends stuff in a few days. And they didn't even say sorry or try to make it up to me or anything. So I say don't order from them. I've found some really cool shirts at Zara that are just as nice, and, like, even softer.

So I decided to buy a shirt for a buddy of mine who turned 60 years old. I wanted to gift him something special, so I ended up choosing Cubavera as my go-to shopping site. I was thrilled to make my order on March 15, but as time went by, I got anxious as his birthday was approaching which was on April 22. But even up till now, I still haven't received the shirt that I ordered.

Naturally, I decided to contact FEDEX to inquire about the delivery status of my item. As per their update, it was shipped by cargo ship which was quite unusual for me. Who ships a shirt on a cargo ship? The thought was ridiculous and disappointing to be honest.

To my dismay, his birthday was already over and I still haven't received any updates about the item that I ordered. As of now, we're already in May, and I am still waiting for the package that should have arrived a long time ago. Honestly, I was utterly disappointed with this experience.

Overall, I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. It seems like they don't put much value on customer satisfaction and that's not cool at all. It's a shame because I heard a lot of good things about Cubavera. Too bad it didn't end well for me, though.
