Not a biz that deals in good faith. After our bank received a purchase order for a vehicle with pre-approval, they decided to sell the vehicle, leaving my grandson disappointed and not trusting in their sales crew's good faith. Never going back.

I bought a black 2014 Acura TLS special edition from Affordable Autos. *** helped me, and he worked really hard to get me financed. He found me the exact car that I wanted. It had a little rotor run-out issue, but I took it back and they replaced the rotors. I haven't had any problems with the car since. Unfortunately, my car just got totaled, so I'll be going back there to get another one.

I bought a 2014 GMC Acadia from Affordable Autos of Tucson, and my salesman was ***. I've had several issues with the car. I've only had it for a few moths and they kept it to do some work on it. I took it to a mechanic first, but they told me to take it back to the dealer. So, I did and they kept it for a couple months to make some repairs. After I got it back, the transmission went out. I had to argue with my warranty company for a few months, but they finally approved a new transmission. Now, my struts and power steering are also broken, even though the dealership was supposed to fix them. I'm really disappointed because I bought a car that shouldn't have been sold in the first place. I'm giving them 1 star because they did give me a rental car while they worked on mine. But I won't give them more stars because they took advantage of me and lied about the car's quality. I've already spent $7000.00 on a car that I paid $21,000 for less than a year ago! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Affordable Autos of Tucson sold me a car that failed emissions before I bought it. I purchased my vehicle on July 29th and still haven't received my registration or plates. Just a week ago, they texted me saying I need to bring it in for emissions ASAP, or they'll repo it by Tuesday, October 18th. So, I'm bringing it in tomorrow, but that's all they have said.

I bought a Dodge 2500 pickup truck on March 17 from this dealership. The day I bought the truck, this dealership made an agreement with me to fix some problems with the truck. They also did a walk around of the truck with me and I stated that I wanted some major paint/body issues taken care of. THEY AGREED TO FIX EVERYTHING. When we did the paperwork, they GUARENTEED it would only cost $500 to fix all the paint/body work, and that they would take $500 off the down payment for that. I had an outside shop do an estimate on the work-and they quoted me $3,700. The body work guy that deals with this dealership also quoted me $2,100 for the work. Much more than what they guaranteed me it would cost. I also had the truck back to this dealership THREE times to fix issues and each time, they didn't actually fix the problem, and they actually caused more damage because of their carelessness. They refuse to fix the work they did, and they refuse to pay the difference for the bodywork.
