I had an awesome experience! Walked in & right away Peter Smith took care of me! He helped me to the best of his abilities with the trade in I had. Which was also purchased at Ford Store Morgan Hill, it was an EcoSport. I loved that car but my son & me outgrew it & Peter knew exactly what I would need. 20/10 rating honestly! Can't go wrong with Ford, the features are amazing!
I'm part of the Ford family now, my Edge is my new favorite thing this year!
Bought a 2019 Ford F-150 in December
Bought a 2019 Ford F-150 in December. In the last year I have taken it 3 times for a leak in the passenger side door of the truck. The Ford Store could not find the problem so I took it to the Morgan Hill store. They were able to diagnose the problem but shortly after it leaked inside again. I took it in for a 3rd time and they were able to diagnose it again. I just felt the floor today and it is still very wet and is now starting to smell like mold/mildew. I'm done, I want to start over.

Well I went to buy a new hybrid escape Showed them the letter from my credit union With 60,000 available to borrow at 2.49 % They had me fill out another credit app and tried to sell me on there credit I did not look correct to me so I told the sales person I need to run the numbers to see which would be less expensive I was told another customer was there to buy it Long story short their financing was approximately $250 per month more expensive than what I had originally set up with my credit union they did not want to use my credit union Kind of shameful that they use the tactics to force you into a decision almost spot This would be the third car that I've purchased from the Ford store I don't know if I'll be back

FORD STORE MORGAN HILL HAS FAILED IN REPAIRS & SERVICE! NO call backs, constantly having to call and check on status of vehicle, service not completed correctly the first time, multiple trips back and forth to dealership for same problem, zero accountability or ownership for mistakes, parts not installed correctly leaving customer safety at risk! Noticed a 'hard shift' between 28-32mph, 3+ years and 80+ pages of service orders with @TheFordStoreMorganHill and they finally replaced the transmission...except once again they did not properly install all the parts and guess what? Now have a hard shift between 20-22mph. Ford Store Morgan Hill @TheFordStoreMorganHill it is time for you to step up and do the right thing by your customers, fix the problems correctly the FIRST time! As a loyal Ford customer of over 35 years that purchased this vehicle from you directly and not one but TWO extended warranties, you have put me through years of stress over something that should have been handled correctly by your service team and mechanics. Instead, you have left me to drive off in a vehicle that did NOT have all parts installed correctly ranging from the sway bar to the heat shield and everything in-between putting my safety at risk as well as potential damage to the vehicle. Where are your checks and balances? Where is your customer service? I have asked to speak with the [protected]@FordStoreMorganHill for 3 years! Now you have earned 1 star, too bad because otherwise it is a fun and responsive car to drive! 5+ Ford cars later, time to look at buying an Acura, you blew it with this loyal Ford owner.
It's a tough balance
It's a tough balance... I once took my Ford F-150 in (I will not mention where) in for a brake job. First they said the rotors were "just a tiny bit" like a "few thousandth's of an inch worn, and had to be replaced. Also, I watched their tech squirt engine oil on my brake drum, and then insisted I had a leak in my rear differential, and that had to be fixed... I promise you I made this huge scene in front their service advisor, cussed him out loud and hard for about half an hour, promised to take the owner to court for repair fraud, until they threw me and my truck out of there... I mean I called this guy every dirty filthy stinking US Navy Sailor cuss word in the book, and then a few... Sometimes you just have to push back against service shop dealers...
