Aeromexicowaiving a ticket or issuing a new flight date

I am trying to see if I can get a new flight or receive a waived ticket for medical reasons. I am scheduled to leave to Mexico but unfortunately I was not able to make the flight date and time. I wanted to know if there is any way they can extend my date without paying for a new ticket. If you can please contact me at your earliest convenience id appreciate it.
