Did not communicate with me that I had options of pumps through my insurance. Automatically selected me for a brand breast pump to be processed through my insurance without my approval. When inquiring about why I was sent a pump that I did not select, their response was "you have met the maximum benefit for a pump at this time, and your insurance will not cover an additional pump.
I did not ask for an additional pump. I questioned why they processed a pump to be ordered that I did not approve.
Recommendation: avoid
