Aeroflow is the worst of the worst. I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service. They have the market cornered and they know it - doing business in spite of themselves - it's no wonder that many people that try CPAP become frustrated and abandon usage. Their Jeanie App is not even worth trying - nonsensical responses and is no help at all. Kelli, Jason and the entire customer service team is no help at. I've just about given up on CPAP.
