the staff at two different locations not knowing how to ring up gift cards.
I went to two different admiral stations on december 18th to purchase gift cards for gas for christmas gifts. I was told at both locations that they did not know how to ring up the purchase and one even tried to contact her manager but got no answer on her phone, I left frustrated and without any cards. Your company lost a hundred dollars sale. I think that is a shame. The locations were in saginaw michigan one on bay road and the other at the corner of bay and davenport street. I believe your sales people should be trained a little better to serve the public.
Rude and nasty manager
Angel is the manger of the admiral on prospect St in Jackson Michigan. A lady we all know lost her mother and all the kids in the neighborhood call her grandma and she died on wedensday the 7th and they had all of the funeral stuff this weekend she went too admiral to find out how carley ryan was doing and dee was telling her all about it and angel started yelling at her and telling her all about the rules and continue doing so. So Dee left crying and came to my house still crying and so upset it was total unreal.
Now I have managed 3 store and have had to deal with stuff like that and I have never had 1 leave crying Instead of telling them the rules of the store, I would would say we will do every thing we can to help her thought this and sorry for your lose we will but you in our prays. So I went down to admiral and tried to talk to angel but she gave me the rule and said there is nothing she can do i did say their was some you could do but there was stuff you could have said differently and the only thing she want to do was talk to her daughter and grandkids that were their. So i basically got no were, SHE DOESN’T NEED TO BE A MANGER SHE NEED TO TRY TO BE A COSTUMER.
Overcharge
I took my small dog for a walk today and it was very hot outside. I went inside to buy a bottle of water to give to my dog who was very thirsty. I bought a bottle of dasani and got a foam cup from the coffee area so that I could make it into a small water dish for my dog. The cashier insisted on charging me for a full cup of cappuccino for what was an empty...

Admiral Gas Station at 802 E. Superior St. Went there to get gas and pulled up to pump 4 started the pump and while it was going was washing the windshield the pump did not shut off and some lady came up and told me it was running over so I went to it right away, when I went in there to get gas I had a half tank and it cost me 34.41 with the spill, I have a S 10 Chevy pickup and the most it has ever cost me to fill it was 20.00 the rest went on the ground and I do not think I should have to pay extra for a pump that did not shut off, to me this is a rip off and the lady that was working said they had alot of problems with that pump for this is not the first time this has happen.
If they want people to buy their gas they should have pumps that shut off, to me this is very unsafe. I think I got ripped off and I am not very happen, plus my truck now smells like gas for it got all over my clothes and this is not right either, I hate smells in my truck and so does my wife for she drives it most of the time to work. We never let our tank get under a
Half. To me we had to pay extra for a pump that is unsafe and should be out of order and a sign on it so people cannot use it. To me gas is to high in the first place but, to get ripped off like this, well it is not right and I hope this does not happen again for as I said the people are getting ripped off, because they have a pump that should not be working in the first place, it should of been shut off for if it was it would not have costs me this much for I would of
Used another pump and I wish someone would check all their pumps out for maybe they all do not work right. We lived here in alma for a long time and we always got our gas there and this has never happen before and it should of not happen this time for this pump is unsafe to use.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
It appears the Admiral went out of business over the holiday weekend. All signage has been removed and doors locked with no one around. Pumps are still turned on, but did not attempt to pump gas.
Could not pump gas employee said will not break a $100.
First of all, LEARN ENGLISH! Second, proof read your "complaints" before you send them. (or maybe you are just "special") Third, if this is the ONLY time this has happened to you, what is the big deal? Yeah, maybe it was a rip off, but what about all those good experiences don't those count for something? You have no idea about any aspect of business at all. Get some air freshener or some fabreeze to get the smell out of your truck and lastly you are an ###.
