Admiral Gas Stationnot getting points for gas purchases on my fasrewarrds card. called the grandville store and was treated crappy

I have not been getting any points on my fasrewards card since july 12th. I have spent probably 60 or 70 dollars since then. I went to the grandville michigan store on chicago drive and got the run around. They told me to call the 1-800 number. I did that and got no where. I went back to the grandville store and the employees told me to call jessica the store manager. I told them to give her a heads up so I do not blind side her with this. I just called there now and talked to jessica and she was convinced I was trying to use it on stuff not valid. I told her I have been dealing with this for a while now and I know exactly how the program works she said call the 1-800 number. She did not want to deal with me and was very short with me and I got very frustarted and told her I know how the program works jessica. She did not know how to handle this at all. I told her just forget it and instead of her trying to help me figure this thing out she was kind of a [censored] and said have a good day and hung up. I have been a supervisor for 34 years and would never do something like this. She could not wait to get me off the phone. Very, very unprofessional to say the least. I need help from somebody.in the event I do not hear back and I cannot see myself walking into another admiral store. The workers even know me there and said yea, your in here all the time. Frustrated in michigan. Sincerely brian kolenda
