Adecco Group I am complaining about a supervisor

After having trouble getting my direct deposit, I seeked help from my supervisor who is refusing to see me or contact me back to help. She had a similar situation with a coworker of mine so it's not uncommon for her. I'm very displeased and highly upset because I haven't received payment for the hours I worked.I'm not interested in seeing anyone fired. I just feel that as a supervisor and a representative of Adecco, she would be more professional with me. It should also be noted that when I did go up to her to try and solve this, I was turned away immediately and and told that there was nothing she could do. She did not even try to help me.

Desired outcome: I just want to figure out where my money is. Nothing more or less.

Adecco Group Employee complaint

I am unsure if this is where I need to file a complaint with or not. But me and my father were at the driver license place today and we were handled by Stephanie Duncil. We had multiple issues but the main problem was lack of communication and this woman acting like we should know the policies and procedures which we didn't due to the fact we don't work there. Then when we were asking questions so we could have the correct information for the license which is needed for the new job he is getting. She then begins to yell at us which was very uncalled for. If this is not the correct place to complain is it possible to direct to the correct place, this happened in Catlettsburg, KY Boyd county.

Adecco Group Census recruitment

On 8 February I received an email with a conditional offer of work with details of dates, rates of pay and location. I was told I would receive an email regarding employment and background checks. This has not happened, despite emails to the Helpdesk and several calls to the Helpline.
I am due to start work on 16 March but now think nothing is going to happen. This behaviour to applicants is totally disrespectful and leads me to question the competency of the company contracted to provide staff for the census.

Adecco Group Wage theft

I worked for Adecco for a Month. Instantly out of training, I began to notice that I wasn't being paid the hours that I worked. I was clocked in, on time, for each and every shift. I was luck if I was getting paid 20 hours per week. I had to ask my manager daily to try and help me to get my hours fixed. Sadly my manager seemed to be the only one that cared, that I was not getting my hours that I worked.

Daily, I could not get logged into their system. But despite that, I was on time and present for each and every shift that I was scheduled.

When I filed a complaint through Adecco's Ethics line, I was assured that this would be taken seriously, and they would investigate my claims thoroughly. Now, over two months later. Nothing has been investigated, beyond them responding to the State unemployment agency, and bold faced lied to them, about my hours. The response "Adecco investigated themselves, and found no wrong doing." Adecco claims that I have now been paid in full. So evidently they think I'm going to work for free... Not okay... Not happening!

Work at home support is a major joke. TACC laughs at you and makes fun of you when you cannot get logged in to the system. I have documented everything, because, Obviously, ADECCO isn't going to tell the truth about what they are doing to us. I still have all the proof of my hours, and they are telling Unemployment that I have been "paid in full"... They also tried to deny my dropping off my computer equipment.

I was told that "I wasn't allowed to drop off equipment at that location by Rebakah Summers" @ the Pueblo Location... Despite picking up said equipment at that location. Work at home support lies and says that "they spoke to you and ported into your computer." when they never really did. They pretty much make it to where you have to go into the call center, instead of working from home. It was impossible to get the help that I needed to resolve issues.

I still have NO direct response from Adecco, just one from the unemployment agency. I will now be seeking legal council, to remedy this situation. I worked 40+ hours a week, and I am still owed over $600+ of back pay. Again, they have not responded to me at all... But responded to the unemployment investigator, and lied...

Must be nice to have lawyers to lie for your company... Not all us peons can afford that.

Not sorry, but I do not work for free... This company needs to be exposed for the frauds that they are. Google Adecco Group, and look them up on indeed. There are thousands of people claiming that they themselves have not been paid by the Adecco group as well.

Oh, and they require overtime, but don't hold your breath on getting that paid to you either. The lied about having benefits, among other things. They also claim that you get a discount for being an employee, but it's never actually given to you so you can use it... Lies on top of lies, on top of wage theft, and fraud...

Adecco needs to be shut down!

Desired outcome: I want my $600+ back pay owed to me. Then I will go away.

I had to contest the nonpayment with the state of colorado. I was only paid half of what they owed me. SO they still technically got away with not paying me the full wages owed...

Adecco Group 2 times false promise of employment; dunfermline for amazon dunfermline

Dear Hr,
I am writing to explain my situation to you my desperation.
I just experienced an injustice from the Adecco company,
I sent in my application for a position of warehouse operator for the amazon company.
I had been working for the company's golden brother company for a 1 year as sales assistant.
I gave my resignation because Adecco confirmed to me that I have
the job Because my company offers me a one month contract because the company with which I worked offered me a renewable contract every month and of which I lived in the insecurity then,
they fired when they wanted.
I was lived in fear everyday.
and I felt more secure because Adecco offered a good salary for 3 months and so I could have held out for several months in view of the pandemic.
To my bad surprise I learned that finally amazon rejected my application for no reason.
The Adecco agent replies that I have received an email from amazon to confirm his refusal.
but as you can see, she confirmed to me that I was successfully
that for the position and that an agent was going to call me for my schedule.
And then she says my application was rejected.
and she replied shortly after my application was rejected by amazon and I received an email confirming it.
that I never received in my spam emails from amazon, otherwise of course I would have organized myself differently.
After several emails to Adecco, I have an answer from another agent who asks me my
availability to work and again and makes me believe that I will work and tell myself that my application is rejected again.

My current situation is that I find myself without a job and
I had to move because I couldn't afford any money.
I find myself with one of the bills for my apartment that I have to leave because of money.
I only wanted to work.
You should know that Dunfermline is 3 hours from my house there and back and the shift was at night just to prove my motivation.
But it was not a problem for me as long as I was working.
I am a hard worker, work does not scare me.
I have very good references from my old companies, unfortunately
I tried to contact my old company but they were unable to take me back.
I worked for the company Balmoral CFO in a cashmere shop in Royal miles and tourist faults our shops are closed and unfortunately my old company cannot take me back.
I find the way in which I treat Adecco at a time like this unacceptable.
Their promises and the way they treated me 2 times. I have the impression that they are playing with me This work also allowed me to help my family in France with my mother.
of which I am in charge.
Iam in an uncomfortable situation, I am looking for a job every day, it is very difficult.
could you help me please to find the issue.
I can send you all our exchanges by email by email with adecco to prove to you of my honesty.

Adecco Group Service

I have tried to apply for amazon through adecco for 3 months. After so much long time waiting finally I had an appointment via phone call. The reason for this complaint is that I have mentioned in my application that I had a wrist injury in the past and while talking to the agent on the phone I said that i'm able to lift and hold stuff up to 15 kg as is required on job duty. However, without any confirmed information I have been told by one of my friends that I wasn't been accepted, without any legal information.
Trying to call the phone from adecco's website, nobody is answering and even the emails.

Adecco Group romford branch

From the moment I walked into the office the staff were rude. They looked down on everyone and snapped at me for asking for my paperwork back.

They told me I would receive a pay rise after 1 month then said I was lying that they told me that. It was actually 3 months before I would be paid the same as my Co workers.

When ever I had a query they were reluctant to help and would tell me to ask another department who would never get back to me.

They messed up my first pay slip and signed it off themselves without getting my managers approval. My manager kept asking me how it happened and they wouldn't help when I asked for confirmation.

When I left and needed a reference all they gave was the dates I'd worked for them. I worked in a safeguarding job and they refused to state that I was safe working there. If I wasn't checked properly I really shouldn't have been there which means they don't follow safeguarding procedures. They also refused to state if I had any disciplines, which I didn't. After me and my new employer wasted our time making multiple calls and emails and waited to the point I nearly lost my new role they finally supplied two sentences as a reference. This finally stated that I was following safeguarding and didn't have any disciplines.

I the job that I worked for adecco I was early every day. I worked very hard and picked up the new role very fast. I stayed late if needed for no extra pay too. They treated me poorly and I would not recommend you working for them.

Adecco Group edgewell milford ct

Placed in operator position at Edgewell (Schick) 01/13l20, and was immediately placed in a position that would cause me to fail, not successfully complete the tasks. I was in the molding department duties included, tending to at least 6 machines, making sure machines were running, loaded with containers for machines to put the product, removing the containers from the conveyor, placing/stacking containers on pallets, wrapping full pallets with product and using a tow motor to move product to designated location.in addition I was charged with the task of measuring certain pieces using calipers, comparators placed in jigs for the pieces. There could be as many as 40 separate pieces and as many 5 different measurements per piece. All these measurements must be documented with no mistakes or write overs or cross outs. I learned the duties and was able to perform all the measurements with no supervision. All the while there were blade covers to be collected and inspected from each machine as well.in excess of 30 or more pieces from as many as 5 machines with 6 inspections a night from each machine.

It was impossible for me to complete all the tasks in 24 hours no less 12 hours. The team leader was pretty inept at distributing the work of a 4 man crew evenly. The day I left the company was the night before the crew leader assigned a machine to one of the regular employees for the first half of the shift then gave me the machine around 1am. There had been many issues with this machine putting material that should have been discarded in with the good material. The next morning the crew leader singled me out by placing a complaint about the errors from the machine the previous night basically accusing me of not doing a good job. Not one time did he include the person that had the machine earlier, nor did he mention it to any of the other employees that was asked to take the containers off the line.

I couldn't take any more so I left the job 3 hours into the shift. I had mentioned the issues I was having to Adecco in Orange, CT. One night I mentioned completing a task alone and the next day was confronted by the team leader with material to measure that I had never seen or been trained on. Then later the leader said to me, "you said you don't need help? don't let the white man hear you say that! I've been trying to get extra help forever" This team leader is from India and I'm not sure where he was going with the "white man" statement.

Now Adecco isn't even returning my calls

Adecco Group generally dishonest behavior towards their employees at amazon

BWU1 is the name of the Moorebank warehouse for Amazon. The warehouse employed a lot of seasonal temps through Adecco for the holidays. Shortly after the holidays, Adecco began giving their temps 'work unavailability' (laying people off). This is fine as work can only be given if it is available to give. However, the adecco employees inside BWU1 were dishonest about their methods for deciding who stays and who goes. I can confirm this by simply walking into the building and seeing many people who, according to the employees, should not have been there either. When people asked them about this they simply stated that we should not be concerned as we don't know what method was used to decide such a thing. What they did not do however, is actually tell anybody how this was decided. They attempted to tell me that people who were hired after a certain date were the ones they sent home; Yet people who were hired and trained on the same day as myself were still there with a full week of work. It's unfortunate that they think their employees wouldn't talk to eachother and find out about such blatant disregard for their staff's wellbeing. These are jobs and rightfully not something someone should lie about. Upon requesting to speak with Amazon HR, I was blocked by none other than an Adecco employee.

For the sake of clarity... I showed up on time, did my work well (exceeded the expected throughput rates of the staff on a daily basis) and had quite a fair amount of training in multiple departments. A good portion of the staff, both Adecco and Amazon liked having me around. I suppose if one person from Adecco who does your scheduling doesn't like you though, then they'll try to pull something out of George Orwell's "1984" and make you disappear.

At the bottom line, a little honesty goes a long way, Adecco Staff. Just because their members are off site doesn't mean they should play God with someone's source of income.

Adecco Group time sheet

Dear sir
I am 55 am dislexic. This is the worst agansy I have ever worked for. I had troubles filling out time sheet I asked in the office for help in the factory I was at that made me feel so small and umelated. So I asked a work freand to sort it for me which he did but for the first 13 days I was not paid as my time sheet was late. Then a week or two later my friend not in work so I asked afford office to sort it for me and that did but not I got the feeling that not happy about it as not there polasey and yet again I feat not good. My wages have been delayed again and not paid on time. Am upset at the whole thing as a result I have not gone into work and contract as been cancelled I have no work now.. my question to you is this what happens if I have no laptop phone or to shy to ask for help how do my timesheet get done and me get paid. To me it's almost disrimanashon against a dislicx person. What help do I get. [protected]@gmail.com

Adecco Group disintegrating shoes

Having bought 2 pairs of ECCO PRIMA sandals ( 70208 901043 01017 41 and 164766 901043 02135 41 ) priced at $179.95 each I have been disgusted that one pair has a crack in the sandal under the heel and the cushion sole has broken away from the wall with the foam filling coming through like whitish sand . The Sole of the second pair has begun breaking away from the wall under the heel area too . I can now wear neither pair . Neither pair had much wear . Previously I had been happy with a lace up shoe, Vibration 11 lace ( [protected] ) which wore well .

Adecco Group redial group

These people were the most unprofessional ever experienced. I was let go via telephone for not answering phone calls after my shift was over PUMA. I had only worked at this place three days with no warning and the best new employee confirmed by multiple customers and co-workers so why the static? Also .my major is Human Resources at Trident University so handling the customer is my specialty so, if their was a problem after three days why was something not said before my off day? This is definitely a very unprofessional company and I would never accept a job from this Temp agency again.

Adecco Group no communication or return phone calls

On working for adecco Christchurch I have found that they never return your phone call on completing a job I have rang shanelle at the Christchurch branch 3 times new the last two weeks without any call back and left massages I find this very unprofessional .
I would no recommended this agency as no following up is done and lack of communication from this agency .

Adecco Group payg payment summary - individual non-business payment summary for year ending 30 june 2019

Hi,

My name is Richard Ploszaj, I would like to request your help in dealing with Addeco Payroll & Accounting.

I was employed by Addeco as a Draftsman for almost 2 years.

My contract expired on the 21/09/2018 however the Payment Summary indicates Period of payment to 12/12/208, which is incorrect.

I have sent two emails and made several phone calls and every time I was assured the mistake is being corrected, yet I have not received the rectified Payment Summary.

I am lodging this complaint following the advice from the ATO.

Adecco Group in regards to a recruiter

I was told online that I qualified for the position I applied for according to my resume I meet the standards of what the job was looking for. I walked in and greated Susana Di llio at the Irvine Addeco Staffing agency. I sat down she asked me what it is I did at my last jobs which is on my resume as soon as I finished she immediately told me I didn't qualify and that the job would not hire me so there is no point for me to go on the interview because I wouldn't get hired, but I could work on the assembly line. I felt disrespected because that is not the position I drove out there for. For her to not even give me the opportunity, and say I will NOT get hired if I go on the interview and to not waste my time. The drive out there was a waste of my time. What other reason would I not get the job. I dressed business causal the only other reason I can think of is my race. I'm embarrassed and disgusted with this agency for her to tell me something like that is completely uncalled for!

Adecco Group recruiting staff/possible discrimination

Not only did he lie about my background check taking 3wks. He then told me they filled the one I applied for with my friend. The only difference in our background was I have forklift experience (which is needed for job) she does not. I was not given the same assessments as her. I was given Linux and programming. She was sent to drug test and failed because of temperature off. She admitted to the recruiter that she brought urine because she wouldn't pass due to drugs in her system. The recruiter told her just to wait 30 days and he would take care of it. I wasn't even sent to test. I speak 2 languages and hold 2 degrees. Still she was given the job. I was the only white applicant. Herself, entire staff of Adecco and the friend who later applied (and received the other position ( just to test my theory) are all of Latino or Hispanic ethnicity.

I am a manager at the Ingleside Whataburger. At 1 in the morning one of your employees had entered the premises and heard me talking to my employees telling them expectations of the company and your employee didn't like me telling them that so he came up to me and told me that if I didn't show women respect that he was going to punch me in the mouth. Know I don't know if that's something you guys practice at Adecco but he was in full uniform when he said it. Now I know very little about Adecco but from what I can see the employees are savages

Adecco Group the recruiter sonya terrell

I was recently "fired" for something that was not my fault. I went to this company looking for office work and was told there was jobs available but instead was sent to warehouses to work. At the time of the incident I was working at Hollister in Stuarts Draft. I am retired military and when I am learning something new I concentrate on the job and don't laugh and joke around. I have been told it can be interpreted as a attitude but it isn't. I was told by the team leader Brian that my co workers had complained to him that I had a bad attitude and was making it a hostile work environment for them. I explained to him as I did to them that I don't have an attitude, I am very serious when I am learning something new and it can be interpreted as attitude but it isn't. He didn't believe me and said he was going to complain to Adecco which he did. That same afternoon I went in to talk to Sonya about it and I was very hurt by it so I was crying pretty hard while I was talking to her. She acted like she believed me but later left a phone message telling me I was released from the job and she had nothing else available. I am really insulted by her behavior and now know she is not only a liar but two faced. I have been leaving reviews on websites to let people know my experience and to avoid this office. I think she should be reprimanded for her behavior and reflecting badly on Adecco.
