Adam & Eve review: Terrible customer service

I made an order with them, and the website was having technical issues. It showed only one item in my cart, so I ordered that item. When I finally got confirmation of the order the next morning there was 2 of the same items and I was charged for it. When I called as soon as I saw the email. The man on the phone said he couldn't cancel the order or change it because it was too far into the process. WHAT? I just ordered it a few hours ago. Then he said I could return the unwanted item, but they did not pay for the return shipping. This was their technical issue not mine. I have ordered from them before and had some issues then too, but they fixed it but after this and they not taking responsibility for their website adding a second item to my order. No, I will not be ordering from them anymore. Thank you.
