Action Air Conditioning Heating & Solar review: Company charging me for service cover by warranty after the manufactory said I should be reimbursed.

I was having problem with my AC. I called Action Air Conditioning Heating & Solar to see what the problem was. It turned out to be a bad capacitor. I ask was it cover by my warranty and the HVAC specialist said no. After paying found and check my warranty which said all part are cover for 10 years. I brought this to the company attention. First, they said that specialist did not know a Franklin AC unit and a Goodman AC unit are the same, so he assumed it was not under warranty, so he did not check. I was then told my warranty could not be honored because Action Air Conditioning did not install this unit by two people in the company with one being a supervisor.

So, I said that my warranty does not work like that because they came off the list of Goodman authorized servicers in my area. My unit was installed in 2018 without any installation issues. So, to validate what they were saying was not true I wrote Goodman. Goodman said:

Thank you for contacting Daikin, Goodman, and Amana's Homeowner Support Division.

A capacitor is covered under the parts warrant as long as the unit is still in the warranty period.

To access your parts warranty, a service contractor must take the failed part to the Distributor in exchange for a new part. This is at no charge to you, the customer. However, your chosen service contractor can still exchange the part, and reimburse you, the customer, even after repair work has been completed. Please have your contractor exchange the failed part for credit at the distributor and reimburse you for the cost. This is if you are still under warranty. If not, your contractor can still go to his local distributor to get a new part.

Even with this I am still have problem with Action Air Conditioning Heating & Solar reimbursing me for a part covered by my warranty that manufactory said all they need is turn it in. I assume they already know the procedure since they install Goodman AC in my area. I have provided the company the information off unit that they requested. Since provide the information, It been a week and they have not responded. This matter is going into its third week. I worry if they practice is occurring often. I was charge over $300 for the parts and labor when should not have been.

Desired outcome: Just as quick as I paid your company. Please, refund me as soon as possible I'd appreciate it.
