Arturo replaced and installed a new thermostat and new air filter system for my HVAC system. He is competent, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He truly cares about his customers! I give a 5 star rating!

Luis C. did a great job. He showed up on time and was able to handle my A/C problems from his well equipped van. He answered all my questions and gave me good advice on the services that Action A/C can do for my A/C. Would use Action A/C again.

Action Air does an outstanding job of keeping our air conditioning and heating systems working perfectly! German was our most recent technician who did a great job. He was able to detect weaknesses that would have been big problems had he not done needed upgrades!

Professional, courteous and knowledgable team. They did a fantastic job installing our new ACs, the sales process was low pressure and more of a consulting approach than pushing sales and their back-office staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Action Air was professional and honest in their assessment of an air conditioning unit at one of our managed properties. They were able to arrive before the scheduled time and Kyle could not of been nicer to work with in getting the a/c back in working order. Would highly recommend!

Very pleased with Bob, our salesperson. Technicians who did the installation were very courteous and the lead tech very politely answered my many questions. They cleaned up after themselves which is not always the case with in home workers. I would use Action again and recommend them to others.

German was very professional and affable when he came today to service my HVAC system that Action Air Conditioning installed almost four years ago. We have been so happy with the entire experience with this company. They did a wonderful job installing a new system in my condo and always remember to service it annually. I highly recommend this company!

My neighbor recommended Action Air a few years ago and they have been amazing. They service my HVAC twice a year and do a thorough and honest job. Technicians are professional, friendly and on-time! I am contacted twice a year as a reminder to schedule my service and they are also professional and friendly. Technicians take the time to explain the service and the system. Wonderful company!

I'm extremely happy with jean and sammy from Action AC/HVAC. They are easy to work with. They come on time and professional. They even pointed out my leaking pipe. Also very honest and pointed out whst they missed and assured me that some will call and schedule an appt. The job was quick and nicely done. Larry was the start of this team effort with a positive attituded and left nothing to the imagination. The office team took over with the necessary paperwork, set a date and we waited. The installation team came on site, on time and installed. The team consisting of Gene, Jose & Ron were a true team that complemented each other with knowledge and a work ethic that Action Air should be proud of. We Thank You for a task well done.

Ignacio and Connor arrived early. There was one more gentleman but I forgot his name, sorry about that. The three worked diligently throughout the day. They laid out carpet covers, wore shoe covers, masks and gloves. Thank you for that. By the end of the day, they explained the work, had me check the air coming from the new vents and showed me how to use the newly installed EcoBee thermostat. The job was a success. Thank you very much.

Luis was awesome, we actually had a different company look at the system before and they did not find the source of the leak. They told us it was the unit and so we contacted our manufacturer. I called Action to see if they could help with the warranty and they sent Luis to diagnose. He found that it was the pipe and not the unit like we were told by the other company. He came out to do the repair and did a great job (even was friendly to the dog). Our system is working at its optimal ability and I know who I will call in the future.

I was told that this was going to be a two-day installation job, but the team of Raphael and Nick worked very courteous and professionally throughout what seemed to be only a day total installation. From the very beginning, I noticed that they worked, cleaned up quickly and moved on to the next steps of the installation. We hardly heard them during the whole installation time, but they were courteous to ask us before they entered a room to search for a line. That was also commendable. Along with being informative, they were so quiet and considerate of my family working from home. Great to have professionals like Raphael and Nick working for your company.
