Sursell will sell you fake silver bullion. I made several orders and was completely

cheated. Sursell never completed all of my orders. One order came and was

fraud. It was a silver coin with copper in the middle to fake the weight. I can't

find who to contact. I'm out thousands of dollar, stolen by china.

Got myself some shoes from Grishay, ordered a size 11 but when they turned up and I measured them they only came out at 10 inches. They were marked as an 11 but a blind man could see they weren't. Trying to send them back was a total pain, took days to hear back from them and by the time I did I was outside the returns window.

The Chinese pulled a bait and switch on me. Instead of the item that I ordered, they sent me a cheap ugly polyester piece of... that a homeless drug addict wouldn't wear. They told me that I would have to send it back to China for a refund that would cost me $50 to $80 to ship. Really? I laughed out loud at such a incredibly stupid requirement for a refund. Furthermore, they said that I could elect to accept a $15 refund instead of sending it back to China. I haven't received the $15 yet and probably won't. This company is operating an international criminal organization. I have all the emails to prove my claims.

Shipping took a little longer than i expected, but it was free so can't complain too much. Overall, Grishay is okay, just make sure you have all the return info before buying.
