100 South Street, Philadelphia. Pa. 7:22 a.m. Associate: Ruth,[protected]

Dear Sir, Every first Tuesday I do my shopping. I then ring up my order and bag it. At the end of the order I get a discount from Acme (I am 72 years of age) and the associate refused to scan the card - this is the third time this has happened - another cashier usually jumps in to help. it is being difficult to shop, bag and have this associate behave this way

Desired outcome: Please address this sad behavior
