ACME Markets – Customer service

I asked a young lady associate if she could help me to figure why my app was not picking up my mobile number and she said, I don't know anything about that. It seems like some of the older employees seem to take the time to try and help but that is the responsibility of the customer service desk but i do believe the new generation really needs some etiquette in customer service skills
Your customer service desk has no clue how to professional handle a problem with the app. I will say the young man, Noah, was very nice and tried to maintain the policy of the store in sendingme to customer service
