Acima review: Fraudulent charges

i recieved notifications via email that a purchase was made and i have a new lease agreement. over $3000 worth of new charges.
I NEVER agreed to any purchases.
This is fraud someone else used my information.
I have tried contacting Acima about this and customer service refers me to send an email. i have sent multiple emails. no response.
There is no easy way to contact this company or report or dispute a transaction yet it was very easy for someone else to get approval in my name.
