My experience was super good, Raul helped me during the whole process and explained all the information. Took the time to go step by step and explain in detail how the plan works, the benefits and possible scenarios in the future. Excellent customer service.

I reached out a couple months ago to learn more about what they could offer me. DO NOT DO IT. Its a terrible plan from the outset that requires you to default on every line of credit you have, so decided against it. Well.., they do not take no for an answer I get a call from a recorded message from different numbers at least once a day now from accredited. Its insane. I already took care of my debt, now I still get called every single day. At what point is it harassment? You cant block the number because they always use a new number. Totally awful company.

I received an email from you all and normally, I delete emails in regards to debt relief because I assume it's all scams. I took a chance , and Lauren D. called me. She even allowed me to research the company and their accreditations prior, because I was reluctant to give my #ss. She was very forthcoming, patient and helpful. She helped my husband and I pick out a plan that was financially achievable, and what a weight that lifted off of our shoulders! I wish we would have done this 3 years ago, but at least now we have a foreseeable goal of debt freedom. Thank you Lauren for all if your help!

I am in the beginning phrase of my association with Accredited Debt Relief, but for every company that has turned me down for any help. Sean at Accredited was professional and direct. He let me know if I qualified for any help. I did, and he gave me the chance to think things ***r before we spoke again. Being who I am, we went pretty much line by line on me understanding how this process work and on what is to be expected. I am looking forward to the process. I was talking to an agent about debt relief options. I told him what I was looking for and what I WASNT looking for. I explained that closing any accounts wasn't an option and that it would in no way fit any plan. I said it twice so as not to waste time. This guy *** assured me we would find a plan that would fit my needs and continued to take my sensitive information. Social security, mothers maiden name, birth date, every thing a scammer would need. He then immediately suggested a plan that would include closing all of my accounts. But didn't want to say that. I had to ask to get it out of him. Shady business practices. I'm just waiting for the *** to start. I'm pretty sure these guys are scammers

I can't thank *** enough - she was fantastic. very understanding, patient, and empathetic. I was very nervous while in the process - She made me comfortable and very sure that this was the best decision that I could make and that I will be fine. She mentioned there will be some pain at the beginning due to lower credit scores, but it is well worth it. I tried to refinance my mortgage, I tried to get an equity loan and nothing was available to me. I had encountered a serious illness which caused me to have a lung transplant, after being critically ill in the hospital for almost a year. I feel a tremendous relief, and on my way to getting control of my debt and being debt free! Thank you ***, and Accredited Debt Relief. You are doing great work!"
