1st- the company is so ridiculous and customer service, supervisor is also ridiculous.. Over all poor service all around...
I had use my card to purchase t-mobile phone and use 50.00 as deposted, well what a mess they cost. The company has no comment sence, if t-mobile cancel the order they should put the money back into the account. Why do we have wait 5 to 10 business days? It's ridiculous when you put money into the card as cash.. You know why because they get paid interest when the money seat in the back account. They get their money back when they have the money on hold. Customer services do is apologize and not fix the problem. Yes the give you optinion but not in your favor, ugh. They think customer are stupid, but I don't think we all aren't stupid. But some of us know when they are playing mine game with ppl money.
I recommand that you don't spend your money with achievecard services First California Bank, because you will lost your money or hold forever.
