Ace Hardware - purchase of a fob key for my new car

I purchased a Duracell fob for my new Dodge Caravan at store #14867 on 3/8/2020, for $183.38. Your clerk said he would call me in about 30 days when the key should arrive. I called today to see if it had come it, and he said it had arrived 2 days ago... so I was upset that he didn't call when he said he would.

I dropped by your store today to pick up the fob, but they said they couldn't set it up because their management didn't want thier employees interacting with customers because of the virus. I assume the money I paid included a service fee to install the key, so I asked for a refund for that portion of the charge and Stacie, the manager, said that Ace doesn't charge anything to install the key so they couldn't refund me. I actually don't believe that you don't add a charge for this service in the net price of a fob. Ultimately, I plan to have it set up at a local key store, which I would bet will cost me an additional $50+, so purchasing a fob at Ace is costing me extra dollars.

Trying to help, your clerk gave me instructions to install it myself, but he gave me the wrong instructions. The sheet of paper he gave me provides directions to add a third key, not a second. I don't remember his name, but your clerk didn't seem to be paying attention, first in not calling me, and second, giving me the wrong instructions.

I would assume that you would want to continue to maintain your high level of service and will provide me a refund for the set up fee I'll end up having to pay at a lock shop... may I send you the receipt for that service?
