The company provided a lot of notice of my upcoming appointment and the technician called when he was on the way. I even got am automated text from the company with the technicians name and photo! Once here, he completed a thorough check of my garage door system and walked me through everything he found, explaining things as he showed me. He provided me three options with quotes for each and never pressured me to pick one option over the other. His repair was done quickly and paying with a credit card was simple. I recommend this company 100%

Wonderful service on a Sunday! I called to report I had a broken spring and 2 hours later Technician John was at my door. Professional and knowledgeable, he educated me on all the parts and provided recommendations on what should be replaced. He had all the parts available for the three options I was presented. Work was completed within an hour and provided me with some helpful maintenance tips. I did not expect service to take place on a Sunday, but I'm glad they offer that service. I will recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Great service, from the initial phone call to report a broken spring to the actual service call. The technician arrived about an hour and a half after I called and completed the work in about half an hour. The garage door is for a two car garage and so there are 2 springs. In addition to replacing both the broken spring, he also replaced the other side, and found 2 roller brackets that were cracked due to the stress that the broken spring put on one side of the door. The springs were covered under warranty so only paid for labor. Excellent company and super-fast service.

Our first experience with Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan was about 30 years ago, they installed a new door. That door was in great shape until a car collided with it around Christmas. I managed to find an old sticker with their phone number and called. Nothing changed the service, people, etc was great. The technician arrived just when he said he would and did a great job. He made sure everything worked and spent time getting our smart devices to work with the door. I felt guilty letting him go as we had nothing else he could do for us. Great guy Great service and a fantastic experience.

Precision Door is probably not the cheapest, but I feel that you certainly get the best service/value for your money. I had a Precision Door installed some years ago and found that the spring on one side snapped and the door wouldn't open. I called and the technician was there within 45 min. He did the inspection and gave me three alternatives, all a little more expensive than what I was told by a competitor over the phone, but also a more comprehensive fix than just replacing the broken spring. I liked that he made all fixes easy to understand. Three hours later I had a new system installed!

We've had the pleasure of working with Precision Door in the recent past and had another great experience with them. Their staff and technicians are professional, friendly and always take the time to explain any quote before working and also how their systems function. All our questions were answered before any work started, and also after our new door system was installed. Caleb, our technician was great, everything explained, and a very high standard of work. He took the time to review everything, and made sure everything functioned as designed. Great job again, great company and staff. Thanks very much.

I was very pleased with the service performed by Dylan, the tech from Precision Garage Door. He was prompt, courteous and appeared to know his product. I especially liked that he explained things well to me. My problem was minor, but I also had him do a general 'check up' on my garage door and he did replace a small part. My only question? Your website says I will be presented items in writing. I never received anything in writing---not even a receipt for my check! Not that I needed that, but was just wondering? In the end though, I would be happy to use Precision again for my garage-door needs. Thank you.

Had a 4:00PM have repair work done on my garage door. The technician called to let me know he would be early. When he arrived. after looking thing over, he took the time to explain how the problem occurred and what I should do to prevent it from happening again. The repair time took about a half hour to get my garage door operating again. I was very pleased when Precision Garage Door installed my door 8 years earlier and pleased with their service when it was needed. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who either needs a new door or just repair work. Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable, and through.

I have used Precision Garage Door over 15 years. I used them to install garage door openers and regular maintenance. Recently used them to replace garage door. Called them after work and they arrived the next morning. Shared all my options. Due to special order door could have taken 6-8 weeks due to supply chain issues. Garage door arrived and was installed in 4 weeks. Installation was scheduled for 2-3 hours but was completed in just over an hour. Their customer service is always top-notch. They arrive on time or before. Very courteous and respectful. Take time to explain and answer questions. Go above and beyond. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend their services.

I was VERY pleased and satisfied by the installation of my new overhead garage door, motor, and remotes. The worker showed up on time with everything he needed, and started immediately. He was polite, informative, and very proficient at his job. When he was done, he answered all my questions, explained the workings of the opener, and the maintenance required for optimal life of the garage door and opener. A complete owner's manual was also included containing all the necessary information to refresh my memory of what I was just told. I did not have to worry about disposing my old door and all it's messy parts, the installer took that all with him. Thank you for that also. Job well done!

Called Precision Garage Door and they had a technician out the same day. The technician that arrived was Justin and he answered all my questions and left nothing to doubt. After everything was serviced and replaced, Justin made sure everything was cleaned and picked up and went over the new system with my wife and myself. Justin was very professional, polite, and made us feel we had come to the right company. Precision Garage Door was referred to us by our next door neighbor, as I knew the professionalism their installer displayed to them as I was there when their work was accomplished. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Justin, the installer for any of your garage door needs.

Salesman was extremely professional and personable. Showed us multiple doors we could buy and never once tried to push a more expensive option. Once we settled on the door we would like he explained in detail the installation process and was truthful about the order time due to the pandemic and even answered emails once he left regarding some questions we had. We were immediately notified when the garage door was delivered to their facility and the next day they were out and installing it. The installation crew was prompt (even early), extremely friendly and had it installed within 2 hours. They cleaned up the entire garage and even wiped down the entire door after installation. Would 100% recommend this company!

Just had Caleb from Precision Door come out for an estimate. Professional, courteous, not pushy at all, and extremely knowledgeable in all area's of the garage system, doors, hardware, and opener. Caleb and Precision Door are one of the rare companies that understands, and provides, true customer service - a lost art. Hopefully Precision Door knows and appreciates what an outstanding representative, employee, and worker they have in Caleb. It may be part of the package when purchasing a door, but I truly appreciated that Caleb also repaired my door enough to at least be able to open and close it until the new one is installed. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door and Caleb to any family members or friends and trust me, I rarely, if ever, have written a review. Thank you again and Ooh Rah to you sir. Jason

Stephen Freitas Jr was very informative about our choices and what was available to us. He was very friendly and so neat in his appearance and kept to all CDC regulations. He went quickly to his work after we made our choices. He did not give us a hard sale which is refreshing but gave us all reasons why we should or should not take certain choices and made it easy to understand. I was apprehensive but he made me very calm and i felt safe and secure while he did his work. He was very clean on everything he did and you couldn't even tell someone had worked in the garage after he completed. We appreciate his dedication to the job at hand. Thanks for showing us how everything worked. Still trying to finish the wifi on the phone but it is just to hot to be outside. Thank You Precision Garage Door and Steve. You definitely made our day.

I have to say that I am very happy with this company! From start to finish they have provided excellent service. The first man that came out to service my garage door was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I ended up needing a total new garage door, which we ordered. The garage door came in on time and today it was installed. The young man that came out to install the door was actually a little early to arrive and notified me before he came. He was so nice and got right to work and finished exactly when he said he would. He explained how it worked and showed me what he did. It looks great! He asked me if I had questions and left the work area clean. I especially appreciated that the company kept me informed throughout the process, even sending a picture of the service person before he arrived. I would definitely recommend using Precision Garage Door!
