BathWorks delivered what they promised, when they promised, and actually completed the install faster than was scheduled. The team members and installers were professional and a joy to work with. We are thrilled with our new shower. I highly recommend this company!

The workers did an awesome job. Went over the plan with us before they started. Continued great work until they were finished. Very happy with their work. They did a great job cleaning up also! Looking forward to using our beautiful shower tomorrow! Thank you Bath Works!

Both men were professional and friendly and didnt waste any time. I was amazed how quickly they got the job done. The cleanup left a bit to be desired and there are 2 gaps by bottom corners which need quarter rounds or some kind of filler. Overall good job and it looks great.

Love our shower! Beautiful and in one day. Keegan was a very hard worker. Did not waste any time. Got right to work and busted his butt all day long. And true to your word, he left us NO homework! He did an awesome job. We cannot wait to use it for the first time! And he did it by himself! Amazing!

Installer was professional and helpful. The install is first rate. Easy peasy no muss no fuss. This is the first thing to get finished in our bathroom remodel because BathWorks showed up when they said they would- no one else did. The other contractors are still there. Couldn't keep up. Great! Thanks.

An extremely professional approach exhibited by the installation crew! They took the time to explain ever step in the process as they progressed. They were meticulous with the installation, clean up and instructions upon completion. We are totally satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Bath Works! Great job!

Had my walk in shower put in today, by the installer, he never took a break, such a nice man, did a wonderful job, it looks great. He cleaned everything, you would not have thought, I had construction going on today. The sales person was great too, explained everything really well. Thx guys, would recommend you anytime and your company.

We're planning to redo another shower, and I hope we can get this team again. There were small issues along the way, but each one was dealt with professionally. The final result looks great! They were very respectful and very attentive to details. They were also very personable and funny. My Mom highly recommended BathWorks to me and to a family friend after having a shower installed. Our experience with Bath Works was very positive. The sales team was informative and helped us design our dream shower. The entire team stayed in close contact from order date to install with weekly calls and texts to let us know the status of our remodel. The installers John and Mike were friendly, hard working, and efficient. The final product is gorgeous, exceeding our expectations. The installers cleaned everything after. We would definitely work with Bath Works again.

Accolades to Keegan and Alex on their superior installation of our walk in shower. Keegan and Alex turned an “Ugly Duckling “ garden tub into a “Beautiful Swan" walk in shower. They were highly professional, courteous in their work. Keegan an Alex were on time for installation; protected all floors and cleaned area after installation. They removed all parts of the “Ugly Duckling “ garden tub and hauled it away. We “Highly Recommend" this Company and the workers, Keegan and Alex.

I was impressed with Bath Works before our install, they kept us continually updated on the status of our job materials, making sure the install date still worked for us, and asking if we had questions. A week before the install, they called to let us know what to expect the day of the install. On the big day I left for work with an old bathroom and came home to a gorgeous walk in shower that looked exactly the way I wanted. Except for a faint odor that did not last long, I could not tell anyone had even been in my house. Long story short, I highly recommend this company.

Had 2 showers installed. First one works well and looks nice. Second one is terrible. After my 24 wait time to use it, I have only cold water. Called the company and of course on a weekend no one to fix the issue. Also left a 1 inch gap between the shower base and flooring. Quite unsightly! Would not have done this install if I knew that would be the final look. Now I have to replace the flooring too!?!?! More expense.Second installers didn't clean up well after they left either.Will update my review if the company fixes their work but right now I would be cautious if you use this company.
