Ace Hardware review: arrogant salesman

I would like to make a formal complaint with one of your sales agent at Ace Hardware SM Tarlac branch. The said sales agent assigned on paint corner or bosny(as what was said when I asked one of the sales agent) is very arrogant and it seems that he does not want to assist customers and he seems to be choosing customers that he will assist. I just want to let you know that any single cents that a customer will buy is still a sale and will complete your daily target. No matter what he/she wears. The arrogant sales agent made a face to me and seems to belittle customers. I am so disappointed for I was a loyal customer of yours and in fact bought a loyalty card so that I will continuosly patronize your company. I hope he will be reoriented and retrained. Thanks.
