**Title:** **Scammed Out of \$8,993 – Avoid This Company at All Costs**

**Review (Posted July 24, 2025):**

I was in urgent need of an engine for my 2008 6.4L Heavy Duty diesel truck when I unfortunately came across this company online. What followed was a complete nightmare.

They told me they could begin working with a 50% deposit, and that the engine would be shipped within 3 weeks. I paid \$4,497 on **June 13, 2024**. Shortly after, I had a serious accident and was bedridden for two months. Once I recovered, I contacted them to check on the order or possibly get a refund. They said no problem—just pay the remaining half and they'd ship the engine in 3 weeks.

I trusted them and paid the remaining \$4,497 on **December 10, 2024**. That was the last real communication I received. No engine. No refund. No updates. Just silence. They stopped answering calls, emails, and messages altogether.

Then I received a "warranty" email that looked like a joke—just random numbers and scribbles that seemed more like mockery than anything legitimate.

**Brittany** was my main point of contact. She gave me the original estimate, accepted my first payment, and sent the invoices. Later, **Ron Herrema** told me to speak with Brittany. Then Brittany referred me to **Cast Hazel**, who she claimed was the owner. He never responded.

When I asked to cancel the order, they tried to impose a **20% restocking fee** plus **\$498 in unexplained charges**. Even then, Brittany told me cancellation was not possible.

I run a **small family business**, and that truck is vital for our work. Now I’m left without the truck, engine, or money. I even had to borrow a vehicle from a relative, which I’ve since returned.

It’s unacceptable how **Brittany, Ron, and Cast** operate. This is a **clear scam**, and I want to warn others before they fall victim too.

**Total Loss:** \$8,993
**Preferred Resolution:** Full Refund
