I used MyUS UK / Access USA Shipping to forward a parcel (Bowers & Wilkins PX8 S2 headphones).
It arrived at their UK facility on 14 Oct 2025 (PID 03-723-2116, Ship Request 01-175-7317) and has been marked “In Process” ever since.
Support agents admitted in writing that the parcel was lost and later “found”, yet they refused to release or ship it. Their UK phone line never answers, and WhatsApp support repeats “please wait 1–2 business days” before closing chats with no follow-up.
After researching online, I found similar reports from customers who had items go missing at the MyUS UK warehouse.
I’ve filed reports with Trading Standards, Citizens Advice, and Action Fraud UK.
This is not a one-time issue — it’s a recurring pattern that looks like systemic mishandling and complete lack of accountability.
Recommendation: Avoid MyUS UK entirely. Their UK operation shows signs of negligence or worse — unresponsive support, disappearing parcels, and no accountability. Use other forwarders such as ForwardVia or Reship instead.
