Academy Sports And Outdoors review: Shoes

Wife and I went to shoe dept in Sherman, Tx 10/11/2025 in the afternoon. Two employees standing at the little booth just hanging out and or/talking on their phones(not to customers). Never once did they even give us eye contact or say "May we help you?" We ended up finding a pair on our own and left quickly. Complete joke and waste of a paycheck for two employees who only care about themselves(not the customer) and or getting off the clock. I blame poor management on this as it clearly appears no one is monitoring their activities. Put these two in the warehouse(not in customer contact).
