I went to buy clothes for my husband at the Fort Walton Beach, Florida, store. Since I don't know which size will fit, I got two different sizes. After finding out my husband's size, I returned for the wrong size and one of his sizes, but still, his sizing was not good, so I tried to change at the cashier and explained that I wanted to exchange the medium size. She said What's wrong with the shirts? She seems to be why I am trying to change the same shirts. She looks so unhappy. Another male staff member told me something while I was trying to exchange shirts. I didn't know what he was saying the first time he spoke to me, so I didn't really listen. He called me again, saying, Ma'am, are you trying to quit the job? And I was like, I don't know why he is asking the question, and I was confused. Then he said You know, it's the same shirt color as ours. I still don't understand why he said that to me. It was a weird conversation with the staff and very awkward. Please don't ask questions, it's very odd, and also the staff act unhappy just because we're returning. It's very unpleasant. This is the first time I went to the store and was treated like this. Just because you are unhappy, please don't give the customer a bad day. We have the right to return if we aren't satisfied. We only had the shirts for like an hour. Please train staff on how to interact with customers.
Desired outcome: Please train staff so that customers can have a better experience in the store
