Shipment to India
I had sent a shipment on the 4th of December 2020 to Kerala. Its been 2 months now and i have been following up regularly on email and calls. Sometime they say it is stuck in Mumbai for clearance and sometime they say it has been cleared but waiting for outpass. The shipment was supposed to be reaching the destination withing 25 days max. I'm sending them emails they do not respond.
My Receipt number is AAQR23564
Once in a while they respond and the most funny part is the below email:
Dear Vinita,
We regret to inform you that your shipment has been cleared from the customs and waiting for the out pass. Please don't worry. We have already escalated this HWB to our Indian team for quick delivery by doing the needful on top priority basis.
Kindly bear with us until we sort out this issue.
Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
The above email came on 25th January 2021. But as per their latest update they have mentioned clearance delay.
When you call they give you the lamest excuses available.
I really regret my decision to use this cargo service.

Abc cargo is the worst service no response, they took cargo said 10- 15 days said maximum will get 20-25 days now it is 50 days over still cargo not delivered no response the same story playing the same story, hopes no proper, cares to customer don't know when they deliver, doesn't know the condition of materials, who will pay damages.. No commitments

Service air cargo not yet received - pathetic response from bur dubai team & customer sales team
Please be mindful about this ABC Cargo services, I haven't received my Cargo yet. It has been over 37 days, as promised by them if you send AIR Cargo it will come in 25 days but it hasn't arrived yet. I tried calling the BUR Dubai office every time I call them they are saying it is in clearance? Really? All the time in clearance?
And even contacted the Sales Team and even customer service none of them are helping kind.
I have my things really important and still I am waiting. Really horrible service
Horrible, unprofessional behavior from BUR Dubai office team.
My AIR cargo hasn’t arrived yet 37 days over until date.
Every time I call the only answer I get it in clearance still ? Really ?

I have also affected by abc cargo service. I shipped my package (32.5 kg) from Dubai to India on 19 DEC 2020. They told me that I will receive the package within 25 days, but till now I haven't received the package. It's more than 49 days now. This is not what I paid for.
I contacted abc cargo team many times, they always say it's waiting clearance. For how many days are they going to keep these in clearance? I need the items immediately. If it's like this atleast they should have told before starting the shipment, then I would have chose other cargo service. Very bad service from abc cargo. I would not recommend anyone to use abc cargo service for shipping items, you will regret later.
Delivery delay of one month
Service was very good for pick up but worst for delivery. My cargo is sitting in the same location since 20th Dec 2020.

Super delay in delivery after paying almost double for a 15-20 day delivery
I sent my package on the 25th of November 2020 from Dubai by paying for an express service provided by ABC cargo that promises to reach within 15-20 days. I took a leap of faith and sent my stuff from Dubai to Mumbai hoping it would arrive in time. Christmas is over, my birthday is over and now new years will be over and non of my stuff have arrived. Now when they were contacted they said it would take another week. Why did I pay for an express service then? Whats the customer satisfaction that they would give me? They take the money in full. I am eagerly waiting for what they provide for extra delayed cargo.

I send my cargo on 27 september 2020 through air cargo. And they said will receive this by 15-20 days. But received it by 22 november 2020. We constantly used to contact them and their reply was the clearance hasn't been done yet. I think they have transported this through sea cargo and charged air cargo payment.
The carton itself was damaged, had a big hole in it. So many items were damaged inside.
Very bad service. Completely dissatisfied.

Worst service ever I paid for air cargo but even after 40 days I haven't received it yet now my vacations are over I am heading back to UAE I don't know what I will do with the cargo f it reaches after I am gone... I do not recommend any one to use the service of ABC cargo

I have sent the cargo on 30th September having faith on ABC Cargo service but my cargo is still not received, there were some important things in my cargo which I was expecting to be delivered on time.
Next time I am not going to use this company ever in my life and also going to defame it among my network, even I am going to write negative review on websites about this cargo service.
Cargo didnt delivered

I do have contact to the ABC cargo for sending some use full things to my country from UAE to INDIA. as per my conversation with the ABC team, they have confirmed that delivery period will be 25 to 30days.
I got agree on that and I have send my luggage with the ABC cargo on 21st SEP-2020. I supposed to be received the parcel at my country least by 25th OCT-2020. But still I have not received at my home.
There is marriage occasion in my family on 10th NOV-2020.
But AB cargo is failed to full fill the commitment.
Now I dont have anything to do but just lay on them and waiting for result.
Anyone who wants to use the ABC cargo servise. I am requesting to everyone. Please do not use. once you handover your luggage then you are now victim of them. its on the words to deliver on time.
I will not recommend to anyone use these service.

Poor service two months not recived my cargo from ABC cargo from ABudhabi to Mumbai
Missing shipment
I shipped four boxes with abc. 3 out of 4 boxes arrived safely at the destination more than a week ago and one package is still missing which abc are unable to explain. I need answers. These are my personal belongings that are missing. They have no clue where it is and all they can say is that it's under investigation. How can you lose just one parcel out of the four? It's looking highly likely that it may have been stolen within the company
Delay in delivery.
Air Cargo has not been delivered after 2 months. Very bad service and unreliable. Won't recommend ABC cargo to anyone. Most of my items which I sent from Dubai to kochi are missing and damaged. I informed it to abc cargo and no action taken. The boxes which I sent via sea freighter were opened and most of the new items were missing. The packing is not good.
Door to door shipment not delivered.
I have booked 100 kgs of cargo from Sharjah to India on 26 September 2020. Before booking my consignment, I have asked them clearly how many days it will take for AIR Shipment (D2D) the sales staff confirmed it will take maximum 20-25 days.
It is more than 26 days now and they say the shipment is still under clearance in NEW DELHI since 07th October. This is very strange to understand why is a simple cargo shipment of used garments and household equipment being held for so long for clearing?
My calls to their customer service team is not helping my cause as they are very very unprofessional.
I know that this complaint will not help my cause, hence I will be filing another complain with UAE Economic Department.

@Shareef, my >100kg cargo was also booked on 29th September by AIR d2d, and the status is showing “ custom clearance” in Delhi since 7th Nov.
ABC Customer service is not helpful at all, every week they are promising that cargo will reach next week.

I have booked more than 100KG on end of September 2020 and today 30th October 2020, as they promised that the delivery date is over but still not yet. It’s been almost a month and there’s no WhatsApp reply also.
It’s seems like I am begging something to them
and I have never seen such a worst freight company.
If you have any commitment with your customers you should give proper response.
Anyway I won’t recommend anyone to this company
Luggage
I have sent my cargo from dubai to india on 5th of September by air. They told me it will be delivered in 20 days. It is more than 45 days I didn't recieve any intimation with respect to my luggage. I am constantly trying to reach there but can't get through. Please look into the matter.
And I am so frustrated with this type of service. Could you please help me to understand what the problem is.

I send my cargo by door to door service from abc cargo and i am cheated by this poor company. They don't have a number in my country and they have big advertisement about their services and that have it in my language. I payed 300dhs for my cargo Its full amount there no more to pay
I need my language otherwise i will go to court . I not recommending this one if they are going on this route way

I have done a door to door cargo on 16th july 2020 from dubai to kochi and after 2 months the cargo not yet recieved.
ABC cargo is very unprofessional and they are not giving any updates to the customer. Infact they dont have any customer service. No responses to emails or their whatsup numbers.
Really not recommended for cargo services. I need an update when I will recieve my cargo please.

Very worst cargo in the world. Their customer care Centre peoples have zero knowledge. I booked cargo (ASHT13556) on 12th august 2020 still not reached to home. Whenever calling to Dubai office they are giving wrong information. I suggest all not book any cargo to ABC. I really disappointed from your service.
I have not yet received a cargo which was sent through abc cargo service on july 12, 2020.
I am even unable to track the service. I contacted to agency on july 25, 2020 then I got a confirmation that it reached till Delhi. After that I tried to contact them so many times but I haven't got a proper response, where the cargo is or when I will receive it. Now its being two months. Kindly help me to get details about the cargo and ensure me that when it will get delivered.
