They do not answer phone! [protected]. Have now been on hold for 32 minutes and just got hung up on. Yesterday was on hold for 20 minutes and they hung up on me. Why don't they answer phone to talk to representative of company!

What is it what you're asking me to do? Nothing was specified? I need my carport 10x20 tan cover replaced. Please call me at [protected] to take care of this problem. The tilt mekunisum broke within 2 month. Other bayers noticed the same thing! Costumer service is trash, didn't even replayed to me. I would never waist my monei on this product again.

So, we're pretty disappointed right now. We thought this was a high-quality umbrella that would last us a long time, but now we can't even fix it ourselves. We tried contacting customer service to see if there was anything they could do for us, but we had a hard time getting through to them. When we finally did get a response, the representative wasn't very helpful.

The umbrella itself is pretty nice looking and provides a lot of shade, but it's definitely not as sturdy as we had hoped. It's also quite heavy, so it's not the easiest thing to move around. We did like the fact that it comes with weights included, though.

Overall, we're pretty disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend this product to others. We also hope that Abba Patio will improve their customer service in the future. It would be nice if they stocked replacement parts for those of us who want to fix our own products instead of having to completely replace them.

Everyone wants to have that ideal picnic or hangout spot with family or friends, right? But come October, the unthinkable happened, it split and exposed my boat to the harsh elements. You can imagine my disappointment when I contacted them and was told that they wouldn't cover the product's warranty, which was infuriating. I was directed to Amazon instead since they were the seller. However, Amazon only issues warranties for a month and demands that you send the product precisely how it was packaged, which wasn’t an option for me.

The entire fiasco left me feeling frustrated since I spent over $400 on the product, and I didn't get my money's worth - so much for value for money. Therefore, as you can imagine, I don't recommend Abba Patio to anyone. I mean, if you’re looking to get something that will break down soon and cost you a lot, why not give them a chance. But if you’re interested in durable, long-lasting products, then my advice is, stay away from their merchandise.
