This umrella from Abba Patio is the bomb! It's so darn swell, you won't even believe it. The thing really covers a lot of space and provides more shade than a big ol' tree. And talk about tilting - you can adjust it to your heart's content with just a single button. It's so easy, a monkey could do it (okay, maybe not a monkey, but you get the idea).

Putting the umbrella together was a cinch - I don't think it took me more than a minute or two. And lemme tell you, it looks real sharp once it's up. However, I gotta tell ya, it's important to get yourself a base for this puppy. We didn't, and we definitely regretted it. Sure, our tables are supposed to hold umbrellas in them, but I wanted this bad boy to stand on its own two feet.

Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. It's a quality product that does what it's supposed to do. If you're in the market for an umbrella, you should check this one out. Trust me, your eyes will thank you - assuming you're using it for shade, that is. Don't stare directly at the sun, folks!

Bought a Abba Patio's 12 X 20 portable garage a while ago and let me tell you, what a experience! I set it up just fine, but in no time at all, those attachments on the end walls tore off! Hoo boy, that was something. Then just the other day, I saw the entire structure just go whizzing past my window! Can you believe it? And wouldn't you know it, four of the eight side legs just snapped in half like toothpicks! I sure picked a winner with this one. So I called up Abba's customer service and told them to refund me for this inferior product, but you know what they said? They said they didn't even have replacement parts! What kind of company doesn't have any replacement parts, I ask you? They said I should talk to Amazon since I bought it through them. Come on, Abba, I was hoping you would stand behind your own product! Oh well, at least Amazon was there to help me out.

I have to admit, it's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my Abba Patio order to be shipped. I've been inquiring about it for a while now, but every time I reach out to the company, I only receive an automatic reply. It's such a pity that they don't seem to care about individual customers and their concerns.

To make matters worse, when I finally decided to give them a call, the representative told me it would still take about 5 to 20 days before they send my order to FedEx. And to think, I thought I was already receiving it since I got an email saying, "Your order is on the way." Now, I'm not so sure about anything anymore.

I just think that if a company is going to give a timeline for shipping, they should at least be accurate and transparent. Sadly, this experience with Abba Patio has been a letdown. Upon receiving the item, I noticed that there were some missing parts. As the manual instructed, I tried emailing the company to inquire about purchasing the missing parts. After realizing that I may have been dealing with the correct company all along, I decided to visit their website and fill out the "Contact Us" form. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any kind of response from the company for three whole weeks. I found myself growing more and more frustrated with the lack of communication from their end.

In the end, I decided to call the company to see if I could get any answers regarding the missing parts. I was told that they don't sell parts for items that are out of warranty. This was odd to me since I had expected to be able to purchase the parts I needed even if the umbrella was no longer under warranty. When I specifically asked about the possibility of purchasing a part, I was told that it would not be possible.

In conclusion, I was not satisfied with my experience dealing with Abba Patio. Although their products may be of good quality, their lack of communication and refusal to sell parts for items out of warranty left a bad taste in my mouth. Next time, I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.

This company, Abba Patio, might just have the least helpful customer service ever. I bought a dang ol' patio umbrella off these folks back in August 2020, and when I finally took it out to use this spring, I saw that a screw and some leather washer thing was missin' from one of the arms. Seems like that'd be an easy thing to fix, right? But nope, I had to call up customer service and explain my situation. That was on May 26th, my friends, and here we are on June 24th and I still ain't got that part. I had to call 'em up again and the representative said they'd send me an email in 24-48 hours about my problem. Golly, that's what they said last time too! And guess what, they blamed FedEx and UPS for the delay. I reckon there's definitely other companies out there that care about their customers better than these folks do.

So, I've got this carport from Abba Patio for over 5 years now. It's been through a lot and I think it's time to replace the canopy and a couple of the cross pieces. However, I've been trying to get in touch with them for a while and it's been a challenge. It's frustrating because there are no agents to talk to and I'm starting to think that their customer service goes all the way to China!

Their product might be good, but their support sucks. If you have any problems, I recommend handling the warranty through Amazon and getting their 2-3 year warranty.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Last year, we bought an outdoor chaise lounge with a canopy from Abba Patio. Unfortunately, a strong wind storm broke the canopy, and we had to contact their customer service. We offered to purchase a new canopy, but we were told that we were already out of warranty for 24 hours! We were disappointed, but we knew that we could still buy a new one with a partial discount. However, the more we looked at the damaged chaise lounge, the more frustrated we became.

We tried calling their customer service several times, but we were always put on hold for at least 40 minutes, and then we would get disconnected. After days of failed attempts, we finally reached their customer service, but we were told that we needed to speak to their service department. We were asked to send in multiple documents, such as invoices, photos, and parts numbers, that we had already sent in the previous conversations. We were getting tired of the runaround.

Their service department couldn't send us a new canopy, nor could they send a complete lounge with a canopy. We were left with an unusable chaise lounge. We haven't heard from Abba Patio since then.

If you're thinking about buying from Abba Patio, be very careful. Once you make a purchase, there will be no support or help after. We learned this lesson the hard way.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with abbapatio.com. I ordered a 9ft Patio Umbrella with push button tilt and crank- Beige on June 12th, after receiving an email on June 16th indicating my order was on its way along with a FedEx tracking number. However, it's been nearly a month and my order is still missing in action, with the FedEx tracking website indicating "Estimated Delivery Date Pending."

I reached out to Abba Patio on July 6th via email, only to receive a response from "Angie" on July 7th stating that my issue would be reported to a supervisor for a solution – and that I would receive an update soon. But, as of today, I haven’t received any sort of update regarding my order.

Trying to get in touch with customer support proved to be difficult as well; on two separate occasions, I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes waiting for a representative to answer, only to then be disconnected. After a third attempt, I was finally able to speak to someone; however, she did not provide her name. After explaining my issue to her, she placed me on hold to review my order, then claimed that they had already responded through email and that she would mark the email as "urgent." She then attempted to connect me to a supervisor and put me on hold for the second time. Here, I took matters into my own hands and contacted Abba Patio through Facebook and Instagram, alongside posting directly on their platforms.

After waiting on hold, the call dropped before I could even speak to a supervisor, leaving me to waste over an hour without any resolution. At this point, I have no confidence that Abba Patio will be able to resolve my issue, so I will be seeking a refund through my bank instead.

I was truly looking forward to an Abba Patio umbrella due to everyone raving about their quality, but my experience with their customer service thus far has completely soured me, and I highly doubt that I will ever give this company a second chance.

They do not answer phone! [protected]. Have now been on hold for 32 minutes and just got hung up on. Yesterday was on hold for 20 minutes and they hung up on me. Why don't they answer phone to talk to representative of company!

The tilt mekunisum broke within 2 month. Other bayers noticed the same thing! Costumer service is trash, didn't even replayed to me. I would never waist my monei on this product again.

So, we're pretty disappointed right now. We thought this was a high-quality umbrella that would last us a long time, but now we can't even fix it ourselves. We tried contacting customer service to see if there was anything they could do for us, but we had a hard time getting through to them. When we finally did get a response, the representative wasn't very helpful.

The umbrella itself is pretty nice looking and provides a lot of shade, but it's definitely not as sturdy as we had hoped. It's also quite heavy, so it's not the easiest thing to move around. We did like the fact that it comes with weights included, though.
