Aaron's contract

I have been a customer for many years and this is the first time that I am totally dissatisfied. First, when I originally received my washer and dryer, brand new out of the box. The washer was not working and I had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come out with a new washer and take the other. No one bothered to say sorry for your inconvenience. The second, I was looking over my early payout and noticed that my payments increased $300.00 after six months. When I called to ask why I was told that I was part of some kind of special that I knew nothing about, and because I did not purchase my washer and dryer within that time that I know had to pay the increase. I have NEVER heard of anything like this. Please believe that I will never do business with your company again.

Aaron's love seat/customer service

I rented a love seat from madison indiana store. The rep in the store was short with me from the beginning. I went ahead and rented the love seat. However, it just wasnt big enough. I called to have it picked up. Once again the rep. Was very rude. He said i havent had it a month yet. He said they couldnt pick it up on wed. That there were no delivery guys then. He cut me off while i was speaking. He said they would be here by 10:00 on thursday. I explained that i had other furniture being delivered. He said i would be the first customer pick up for thursday. It is now 11:00 and no one has shown up. We called the store no one knew anything about it. They said i havent even had it a month. When they delivered it they tore my entire screen off the doorway and damaged the loveseat on the bottom corner. I just let it go. I will "NOT" do any business with aarons again. Now they wont pick it up until between 3 and 7. I wanted to buy a set of coffee and end tables from you. However, i will do any business with Aarons.

Aaron's I am complaining about victor over at the aaron's garland location on northwest highway in saturn road

I have been a customer there for over a year now and I have paid off three accounts with the garland location and they didn't give me any owners certificates for any of those items and I've been asking for them for the last 6 months and then I still haven't got anything saying that my balances have been paid in full every time I speak with the manager over at that location which is Victor he tells me don't worry about the certificate of ownership the items I own them it's no problem I don't need a certificate of ownership and I think that is unprofessional because I paid my money for those items and I'm supposed to get a certificate of ownership for those items and on top of that I returned One account and I've been having for the last two and a half months about that account that I returned he's been calling me everyday saying I'm still responsible for that account so I really would like to here from someone about this!

Aaron's account manager

I am going to be real and serious when I explain this. I am writing to you all with a great deal of respect. There is a woman there, Aixsa, who needs to be moved up to Account Manager. Every time I come in there I see her taking payments, handling four or more customers at once and going above and beyond to keep the customers happy, with no site of that account manger guy. She is loyal to Aaron's. I want her to grow and become the store manager. Please train her Asap! The only reason I come to Aaron's to buy my furniture is because of her. She offers me great deals and knows how to get me to say yes. When I pay out she calls back to get me to buy more and I don't mind. As long as she is there, I will continue to send my family and friends to purchase whatever they may need. She is a valuable asset to Aaron's and she deserves to be treated with respect. Move her up in the company!

Aaron's unethical behavior

My name is Arthur King . I called our local Aaron's store to have them come and pick up some of their merchandise that we no longer have any use for and the store manager hung up on us. I only want them to come and get their merchandise that we no longer need.The manager was very rude and very unprofessional. When you rent something from Aaron's they state that if you need to return the merchandise at any time they will come and pick it up.

Aaron's customer service & delivery

My husband and I went into aaron's last week and ordered a fridge ice maker combo 2 b delivered on 10/01 the 1st day in r new home. After waiting all day, with no delivery my husband arthur lopez, call the santa rosa, california store. And r told there is no one 2 deliver r fridge. After arguing that we were promised delivery 4 that day because we had planned on removing all the food from r previous fridge and freezer, into the new fridge after delivery. So all my food went into 2 ice chests. But we were promised again. That r fridge wood b delivered 2day 10/02 by 11 am. Remember, all my food is in ice chests. At 1 pm again, without r fridge. My husband calls aaron's again. Hey man, where's my fridge that was supposed 2 b here by 11 am? Oh, sorry. No one called you? We dont have anyone 2 deliver ur fridge! What? Seriously. No we did not get a call. Y wood we b calling, if we had. And y cant another driver, from another store bring us that dam fridge? 2 different delivery times, 2 promises not kept. How r they still in business? This is the worst customer service we have ever had. Which is no service at all. R we going 2 b reimbursed 4 all r spoiled food? Because after 2 days, all my frozen food is defrosted. What about the 4 bags of ice? Mostly r 2days wasted, waiting on deliveries that never came. I need at least 8 hours of pay. I could have been working, instead of waiting on a fridge that never came. We were good aaron's customers. After this, it's time to change.

Aaron's horrible service and damage done to my house

I had a washer/ dryer installed in September they said they are hooking up both things and never hooked up the dryer I had to do that myself cause they said they couldnt get it cause the dryer hose was to short but it wasn't. When they installed the washer they told me they were going to use the hoses that were already in place since the ones I had where better so I said that was fine. Now they were hooking everything up and then zip tied the hose to the water line so it couldn't be turned off. So over 2-3 weeks go by and we notice the ceiling is bubbling from where the washer is since it is on the second floor. They broke the seal to the hose and it was bent so this whole time it has been leaking and my washer is sitting in a puddle of water in the drip tray. The store I am dealing with has lied and is so horrible to deal with and the manager is so aweful when trying to discuss the issue and what needs to be done. They have not owned up to their mistake and I've been treated aweful. I just want them to own up to the mistake and fix my ceiling.

Aaron's washer

I been having problems Aarons in weslaco they got rude with me on the phone and dont want to fix my washer that i am still paying for. They came out on Saturday afternoon and pucked up the washer but didnt give me a loner washer then told me to call Monday to see about getting 1 and then they brought it back to me beening messed up not wanting to wash hafe of the time or making noses on it and i still havent gotten them to pick it up or fix it and its been a month know since this has happen

Aaron's managers and harassment

Back a couple months ago I paid off my tv and xbox and than I'm getting a call from the store where I bought the items and they tell me I'm passed due on my payment after I paid out the agreement. On September 17th I paid 80.25 on my bed payment 2 days later they call and tell me that I owe more money when I paid the 80.25 the manager said I'm good till October 15 than they come to my home and ask about the payment I've been with aroans for about 5 years and owe 100 left on my tv and xbox payment and 160 left on my bed payment and they call me and call me and call me I'm sick of it for this reason I will not be getting anything from this company ever again

Aaron's leasing

They first use pictures to lured you in a deal. That got me until I pay online then I realize is a ten piece instead of a 12 piece. Then I have to purchase the dresser drawer separately. You set up your online account then it won't be able to go beyond the first three payments you made so you can't find a balance or how many payments left. If you call is like the balance always remains at $1000 +. I was a month behind they came and took the furnitures. Is a scam leasing to own, better off at the thrift store. Nothing is new as portrayed and all furnitures and electronics are from other customers.

They never honest, very nasty people with very bad customer skills, the furniture is as expensive as financing a car, financing a car is even better.

Advise:
-Never lease from Aaron's rather do it with Rent A Centre
-Make sure is what you they advertise online that you get
-Make sure the furniture is brand new, if you lucky most of the furniture you get is recycled don't be fooled by the spray smell
-Check your balance and always have your receipts cus they will try not to give you
-The lease you sign is a monthly payment with NO specified date (like on the 1st, or the 15th..) or indicated amount (like $150:00) to be made. So don't be fooled with late fees.
-If you a minority, any late payment is immediately subjected to be repossessed, you hardly see their stores in cities but in the minority community unlike Rent A Center RAC.
-They can't give payment history like every other leasing company even when is your right to have a copy of your payment history.
-They go online to edit or make up reviews, falsely, get you trapped in doing a business with them
-Your personal information is not guaranteed with Aaron's. Not sure of other branches but the store in Fruitland, Maryland is a horrible place to go to. I do NOT recommend to do any business with them.

Aaron's dryer

I went into Aarons asking them if they could fix/replace my dryer. They said they would be able to give a loaner until they got mine fixed. While I was in there I also requested them to move my Washer and Dryer in two and a half weeks. They said no problem. The first day they were supposed to bring the loaner out Kayla calls me at 9am telling me they were loading up and on their way I was the first stop. I get up and wait until 11:30am. I work night shift so I wasn't staying up any longer. They finally call at almost 2, by then I had to leave for work and couldn't do it. They told me if would be the following Thursday I said okay no problem. Thursday comes they call me and tell me they can't find my address, so I told them again what it was they said okay on our way! 30 minutes later I get a call saying it'll be easier to just switch the dryer out when we move you to your new place I said okay whatever. At this point I'm aggravated, but I have a lot of patience. Saturday they were supposed to come out and move my Washer and give me the Loaner dryer. I received no call and no one showed up. I called today and Tom said he had no idea what was going on they would deliver today. I now don't have time today. I'm very aggravated. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've paid my bills on time. Never had any issues until now. I've learned my lesson and I will NEVER be an Aarons customer again.

Aaron's harassing and rudeness

We been faithful aaron's customers since 2016 or so not ever have we had such bad exprience like we have had in the last few months.Everything was fine until it seems like our refridgerator we was paying on started to go bad due infestation at the time the refridgerator was still in good shape it was cleaned had all the shelves that it came with but our replacement refridegerator was horrible it had maggots in where the water filter supposed to been at with no water filter my husband had to come outta pocket anytime it may need some work due to slackness of our local aaron's it always a excuse but when it comes down to payment that all they love to hear.They taking money off my husband card every two weeks they dont even ask do we have other bills thats due we already just gave them a payment of what they asked for weeks or week before so of course we don't expect them to get it again so quickly but they do & when my husband calls or again & ask for refund they do it at first but you can see clearly there be some intentions in between that they don't wanna do it & this past wek he tried talking to them because once again without calling or asking him did he have any other payments he had to pay they took the money off that was for our car note so he called & asked could he get that so he can go pay it since the car people couldn't just get the payment how they do monthly they simply replied no we not giving you no refund you go have to find another way to pay for your car so tears was in my husband eyes of frustration now seeing how their business is now treating us all he could do is give me the phone and walk outside so i was literally crying on the phone asking them can he just get his refund back because yall should've just called & ask him first did he have other bills to pay & that they can't just say that he always wants a refund when yall been getting payments over 3 or sometimes more than 4 times out of one month then next month it's the samething so i hung up because they didn't care so i called back and said it wasn't the manager because we was told by customer service it will be with in 24 to 48 business hours before the manager would call i told them you know what yall can keep the payment god will make a way for us because we doing the very best we can & yall treating like this &n may they have a bless day but they didn't tell the customer service that part one thing about it we not go tell no fairy tell we been mistreated & it's not fair or right that we try & try we them & still the samething till we said enough is enough we even trying telling them that this have been a hard month for us someone scammed my husband out his hard earned money but guess with everything that happened we still managed to still give them their payments even though it wasn't right all these payments just to you all in one months of time did that seem to matter no it didn't .My husband a nice guy works hard & loves his family to the fullest but after the same old thing continuosly continued he started to se exactly what we all was trying to let him know & what i mean by that is he gave them what they needed for payments but when he needed them it's always excuses, slackness, rudeness & they even told him to tell me i need to stop contacting customer service because i'm giving them low rates like wow really but when have we ever had to call customer service when our experience with aarons's was all good with manners, understanding, respect why would have to call customer service if you was giving all that from them now that management have seemed to change the store did to in a bad way.Then we had another issue with them that we had paid for a stove online on the aaron's website let me add that this was when the refridegrator situation was still happening they had sent one they guys from our local store down here it was saying that our stove had been shipped to the store so when the guy came down here he slipped up & said that we just got a brand new stove that came in this morning all black like the one we had ordered so i called scustomer service they said the samething it has been shiooed to the store & that we need to call our local aaron's & see what's the hold up at first they was giving us the runaround about ain't no oven came in then i called customer back & told her what they said so she told me to hold on she fitted to call & see what they doing & everything so she called & their rudeness she just told us to get our refund back then come to find out they gave our stove to another customer like wow & told us we wasn't go be able to get the stove anyway beacuse of we had more than 2 or more leases but not behind or anything so i told my husband on his lunch reak what had happened so he said he was go go up there & see what was going on they go tell my husband get the refund back that you paid online & come bring the payment to us in the store & we can give you all the stove & start your lease on it today when my husband told me that i ssaid why do you gotta do that that ain't making nosense especially when me & customer service had just went through the difficulties with them & that what they go tell him i just told him no we don't need to do all that or worry ourselves about the stove they was wrong & they know they was wrong for what they did & how they tryna still play the games with us because the refridgerator they gave us handles had the wrong bolts on it sharp bolts & still till this day we have no shelves but yall always getting money every other week so when he asked yall to order the bolts they supposed to been did it but we didn't get till almost a month later & still no shelves now they saying that the refridgerator we have don't sell shelves no more so they can't get us no shelves my husband had to come out of pocket because the refridgerator was a mess we had to do fix it up ourselves no joke still got the cuts & dents but we had to make it look presentable at that so at first i tried talking to them & my husband tried to to because it wsasn't right & what did they say well yall should be happy that we was able to get a replacement refridgerator i was like yeah but our refridgerator was still in great condition the infestion at the time was the only problem wasn't anything wrong with the old refridgerator.It's alot we need to le you all know it's all in the lord above hands this need to stop it's wrong & very ridiculous how they now starting to treat us we was once very happy customer till now we still can be our local aaron's happy customer's if the mistreating & their wrong doings stops.It all started around the second week of august this year till now of this year. my tickets number from august is Aaron's unprofessional managers and harassment

I have been a loyal customer of Aarons and have bought out several items. Last year I purchased a laptop for my daughter for Christmas. The hinge broke and the keys began to stick so I took it in for repair. Hey was never told that the product wasn't insured and that I would have to pay. Ever since I have been harassed by the manager Brian. He was very rude and nasty telling me to prove that I returned the merchandise when he already knew that I did. I just feel like when you rent a product it should be insured because you don't own it yet. But they are still calling me and coming to my house and calling my job for a product that is in there possession. Rentacenter products are always insured when you rent their products, so aren't you guys products insured, and why should I have to be constantly harassed.

Aaron's unethical behavior

I have gone into a contract with Aaron's store for a laptop that was purchased through their website, the laptop that was sent was not as pictured, after getting home and noticing this, I called the website and they referred me back to the store, the store said they would order the laptop and have it shipped by the following Friday which was 5 days away, they called 3 days later and stated they could not get that particular laptop and wanted to offer me a display laptop that was the one I wanted, I did not want that. I feel as though Aaron's is a large enough outlet that there is no reason why that particular lap top cannot be shipped into their store and I can receive what I ordered and will be paying for. My local stores refusal to help, and telling me that the laptop is out of date and is no longer being sold, yet is advertised on their web page and is an issue corporate needs to take care of I feel is not truthful, I am pretty sure Aaron's is well aware of their website and any updating it needs. I think there is an issue within this particular store and needs to be looked into. I will be following up with Aaron's corporate offices and have submitted a ticket and am awaiting a response from them, but in the mean time I have started my program for school and am left with the option of having to try and switch computers if even possible in the middle of all this, because of a simple mistake that could have been taken care of easily.

Aaron's extended warranty is a waste of money

I was informed by the store manager (Timothy) that someone was going to be coming out to service my washing machine the day that (which was this past Monday). I have yet to hear from anyone. Timothy just informed me that they just submitted my claim and it can take up to 14days to receive an answer back as far as fixing my washing machine. I'm done with this company. Everyday it's a different excuse. I asked for a temporary washing machine until they can fix the one that I've paid off already. The answer was no. Timothy the manager was unable to answer any of my questions. I'm now at the point where I'm strongly considering returning everything and requesting my money back.😡😡😡😡😡

Aaron's washing machine

Aaron's came to pick up my washer, but wouldn't take it because it supposably has roaches in it, they told me I could sale it. I put it on a local website to sale. Someone whom has to be an acquaintance of an employee of Aaron's was stating it was still being paid on and had roaches. I do not know this person, and I want it figured out who said it. And I am no longer doing business with Aaron's as they have ruined my trust.

Aaron's payment

I got a washer I'm March. I got the gold star customer discount paid $5 down. Payment are suppose to be $32-35 a month here lately it's been $43-48. It's due the 15th of every month agreement was if the 15th did not fall on a Thursday it's due the following Thursday. I don't understand why it's that much and why payments are changing we have proof. I called customer service someone was suppose to call with in 48hrs. It's been 5 days now.

Aaron's tv/stand/ customer service

When i originally went to store to get tv and stand was happy then when they delivered everything they broke the stand i was supposed to get . Didnt bring my remote for 3days later . Then soon noticed that had to turn the volume up almost all the way just to hear tv good. Then was told they would take tv and give a loner tv till fixed. That wasnt the case . They took tv and where not going to give me loner for 3 days . So they brought me a tv that is almost 2yrs old with a small knick in screen. That will spread .

Aaron's tv

Ordered a TV online from store number C1140. The TV was delivered and once it was set up it was damaged. I called the store and they told me to take pictures and send it to the email they provided to me. I did! I also made the first payment on the TV because they stated they were delivering a new one, which took two weeks. Once the new one was delivered it was delivered wrapped in Saran wrap. No box, no remote NOTHING! I Plugged the TV in and there is a pixel line out that goes from one side of the screen to the other. On the left side there is huge black circles on the screen. I called Mark the store Manager about the second TV and he stated that he looked at it before delivering it and it was fine. I argued with him about it and he then stated that he would come look at it himself. He came over to the house around 4pm 09/24/2018 . When I showed him the TV he said whow I didn't even notice that. I called Customer Service 9/24 afternoon to file a complaint and to have a regional call me to discuss the fact that I am not happy at all. The number is 0269671. The regional called me 09/25 at 10:34am. He would not let me talk and continued to be unprofessional on trying to access the situation to make me a satisfied customer and then hung the phone up on me. I have been a customer of Aarons for almost 4 years. I have paid off two other items from your company. I have NEVER been this unsatisfied. I want to speak with someone over the regional and I want my money back!

Aaron's leather sofa and loveseat ($5, 000 statewide store shopping spree winner.)

A couple of years ago I won the $5, 000.00 Aaron's statewide store shopping spree. I won sofa and love seat, washer and dryer and refrigerator. I am very proud of my wins and tell everyone I met about Aarons store win. Just a few weeks ago the leather on my sofa and love seat are just flaking off. I am now embarrassed about my furniture. Can you help?
