AAMCO Transmissions review: Responsibility for vehicle theft

On 10/14/25 drop off my 1996 ford f-150 truck for an aligment, at the time one of the attendand or mechanich by the name of jesus took my key and proceed to state that will call when the truck will be ready, did not heard from them for a week on 10/20/25 manager amanda contacted me asking if I allready pick up the truck, I told her no; she then stated will call me back later she call me back and notify me that my truck was stolen from their property, I then follow up with them and went to the business and speak with owner chris ebert and manager amanda. File a police report, they stated they are not responsible for the vehicle at this time is my only transportation and held the business owner and business for the negligent care of my transportation at this time requesting a full compensation of $7,500.00
